When was the last time a Chinese swimmer won at worlds or the Olympics in the 50 or 100 free? Now with the doping scandal going on we have Pan who's went sub 47 multiple times..... he may not have been on the 23 that were flagged before but something is fishy here. I think all nations athletes should be tested every 2 weeks for 20 weeks prior to the Olympics while also being tested upon arrival.
@Diderot68 23 out of 30 were tested positive with the same banned substance and he is just the lucky one not able to detected. It is simply not personal decision and obviously it is being forced by the nation. Period
@@Diderot68 Pan never tested positive because he wasn't part of the team at the time but how can you deny that Qin didn't. With all the information we have now, it's pretty conclusive to SUSPECT that he and all the others did in fact test positive.
It will be exciting to see him race against the other young gun, David Popovici in Paris.
Hopefully the Olympic swimmers will boycott until the Chinese all receive 2 year bans.
