In the last few episodes, I went through two of my recent storage locker purchases, and filled my trailer up. Now it's time to sell it all. With only $26 invested, it's mostly all profit, but it's no easy feat to make money out in Stockton. We try our best, but sometimes you just got to know when to throw the towel in.

Appreciate the honest vid Jack. You are my favorite Storage Unit buyer. I've tried to buy 3 units this year, and they all got cancelled at the last minute. In 2019 I bought 27 lockers. Surviving off of yard sales. $300 for a days works isn't a bad wage. And being your own boss, imo, is priceless.
I like how you get rid of things quick to move on to the next one. it's very difficult to do here.
They are a bit cheeky w the prices at Stockton 😆 some haggling over great deals there! 💖💖

If you got heatstroke or heat exhaustion, you'll probably have to watch yourself in the heat from now on. Got heat exhaustion a few years ago, and ever since dealing with summer's extreme heat has been problematic. Used to love the heat, but now it gets to me quick if I am not careful. Keep cool and hydrated!

I love watching the market videos, since 1999-2010 I has our local county fair souvenirs booth, with logo tees, hats, misc.glo sticks. My kids grew up every year 10 days as carnies...6am-12midnight, 10 days straight, rain, heat, wind...it is so much work, but so much fun...

Hey Jack, that iron you sold is for seaming carpets together. They sell a special roll of material with glue and that iron heats it up. Connects all the seams together.

I know that finances are hard for everyone and that might be part of the lack of customers. The heat could also affect it as well. I know that I do NOT want to go do anything when it’s that hot!

In pakistan, they sell a lot of fabrics all the time. Becauze we get our clothes stitched by tailors.. they are called shalwar kameez made of pure material mostly.. but mix stuff sells too.. a lot of people interested in fabric.. to make curtains and other household stuff

People showing up first thing with $100 bills annoy me. I always make sure I have a nice mixture of bills before going to a flea market of yard sales. Later in the day big bills might be better for the vendor.

i see you like publicity ,Start up the motor and goo outside walk away at distance of 300-400 meters driving you bike record video then ,lacuered tini wires can be edited in video editor , so because i am electronic master i will tell you that one looks as FAKE , neo magnets do not increse voltage on alternator voltage dapends of coil turns around FE core,your AC motor is conected on electrical network and alternator is unpluged from coils inside. why do not turn your self in few or several circles aroun you , you miss that show because your wires will be cutoff 16:15
