Stunning. Perfect choice of music, too. Thank you for this - a serene few moments in our noisy, materialistic, greedy society. We all need calm and beauty in our lives. How I wish all humans and animals could live in such trusting harmony.
This is why I love these animals. They are a work of art with naturally beautiful form, balance, and movement... I think that no other breed of horse represents these qualities more than Spanish breeds like the Andalusian.

In the begin I thought she was running away for the horse, because he ran so hard and looking mad to her, but then I saw the whole film, wonderfull! He only looks a littlebit angy, but he's doing everything for her and they work so perfectly together! Amazing!

This horse is so gorgeous and the music goes perfect with this dramatic scene. Somehow, I have a connection to my Arabian mare just like this, but ive never trained her to have such a fondness of me. She acts just like the stallion in this beautiful, but my mare looks more soft hearted and gentle.

The Andalusian is my fav breed too, I use to have a arab who would play like that one in the field with me, loved him to pieces! They are the most beautiful breed, I also love friesians.. If this show comes to your town, go see it! :)
The horse has a halter on not a head collar, the halter is on for a lifeline (he is a stallion after all) and you wouldnt want him bolting into the audience without some way of stopping him! :) The 'Stick' is used for direction only, its doesnt make the horse perform, he is free, but needs direction. It made me cry too, something I will never forget! :)
Indeed. If you look at Andalusian shows, most of the horses used are stallions. Because of their features/great looks, characteristics and their will to work. Of course the mares are good as well, but the stallions are just exceptionally stunning =)

Wow! To get a STALLION to behave like this, off lead, is sooo impressive if they are just in the barn--but in front of an audience no less! Nearly impossible. And certainly impossible for MY stallion, even at age 31. Thanks for this lovely post.

The apassionata horse show are only doing a european tour for now. It comes here from germany every year. If you can get over here next summer you may be able to catch them! If not, im sure there will be something just as good over in the states, keep your eyes peeled :)
