Robbin "KING" Crosby was the most underrated, and definitely the nicest. No ego with him. Just a nice man that loved to play music. Hope you have found the peace u were sooo looking for. You were an angel, that will never be forgotten by ur fans. Love ya, Robbin R.I.P. babe
@@BaneTheAssassin crue did make bangers but everyone in ratt is better musically than the motley crüe equivalent, tommy the only real musical talent in that band
@@dtapf I love Ratt but I think mick Mars is way more talented then Crosby. And Nikki being a much better song writer then Pearcy. Both vince and Stephen have gone down the drain and are horrible live performers lol.
@@theYuGiOhseasonzeroguy I think they are very close in talent. I’m not sure who I think is better. I think it’s hard to compare because demarrtini had Crosby to rely on for rhythm.
‘Gotta love Ratt. Especially love the funky bass line Juan plays at the beginning of this song, and Warren’s amazing solo as well. Though never forget the talented king Robbin Crosby, Rest In Peace brother!
The solo for "You're In Trouble" by RATT is possibly the most genius level rock guitar solo ever recorded. It's absolutely incredible. Doubtful it will ever be recreated. Warren DeMartini in 1984 was absolutely virtuoso material...
What a lethal combination of juan, warren, Robin, stephen and Bobby ...... Kick-Ass performance... Amazing and mesmerizing live musicianship by ratt..... Huge fan of Ratt from Pakistan
You can tell Warren and Ratt looked up to Eddie and Van halen, they did go see them live before they got big the solo sounds like something Eddie Van Halen would play, love it! Ratt and Van Halen are easily in my top 10 favorite artists, Van Halen is just god and Ratt has groove.
well put my man ! in my opinion, nobody will ever be able to touch van halen but then again in my opinion ratt was the san diego version/little brother of =VH=...... they were like the glam metal version of the allmans/skynyrd with 2 incredible lead guitar players... its absolutely incredible that these guys were second place in record sales to "the crue".... the crue's first and second albums were good but nothing compared to the first 3.5 albums ratt dropped.. amazing group, its to bad crosby sold his soul to the devil, they could have dropped some heat in the mid to late nineties with him still around
btw..... ive read that eddie would chill at the ratt mansion back in the day .... he was/is good friends with stephen pearcy to this day.... can u imagine if stephen pearcy joined VH in the mid nineties instead of cherone ???
You can hear eddies influence in warrens playing but the cool thing is that warrend doesnt sound like an eddie clone at all. He just integrated some of eddie style into his own
The only way i could see someone feeling that way is if they seriously just don't dig Warren's style, in which case one probably shouldn't bother listening to Ratt... lol For my money, what truly carved out Ratt's legacy was the dynamic between Robbin and Warren's guitar lines. It pulls one's ear in different directions, all while decisively driving the song onward.
To whoever said the solo sucked, either your ears or your brain aren't functioning correctly. Can you play it better, or even at all? Your criticism's best reserved for things you understand.
1st time I saw rat was off There Out of the seller tour I was in to priest and scorpion Black Sabbath Iron maiden back then When I saw these cats live I was like wow blown away their 1st 3 albums were spectacular Love ratt.
Warren was awesome, I love his style. With Robin they made a perfect team, what a shame he changed his style after Out of the Cellar. I don't get how he could hit all the notes with such a sloppy right picking technique. I tried to outstrech my fingers like Warren did and it is quite painful.
@@kkarx... Warren's right hand technique is nearly identical to Lynch's. They were roomies at one point. He took a lot from George, especially his sliding vibrato
Warren D!!!! My favorite solo of his!!! Great song by a great band!! And the bass player doesn't get enough credit for his backup vocals!! Plus he's got great stage presence, total swagger
Hell Yes! These guys were really on top of their game here. Heroin hadn't yet begun to take it's toll on Crosby. Pearcy's voice still sounded tight and great live (he sounds pretty bad live, now) and the band had their whole career ahead of them still. Those were the days!!!!
As someone said You're in Love is actually Urine Love. This song is therefore Urine Trouble. Ratt sure knew how to pick song titles. Urine Trouble! It's what you're going through, going through!
Notice Bobby Blotzer does a count off using only his sticks - this is common for drummers to start the song - gives a tempo and click to get things going
@wigbot in fact they actually do have an audience there. It's at the Rock Palace and if you watch the whole show video, the crowd is briefly down at the end of Round and Round
Fucking awesome shit! Ratt rocks!!! Todays music sucks, all these kids listening to gay pop dance music. The rockstars that we listened to growing up atleast knew how to make kick ass music. Ratt N Roll forever!
I agree, it bugs me so many people just throw all the bands from the 80's as "Hair Bands". They all weren't, bands like Ratt and many others were far more than just a bunch of Hair Bands.
Cannot be lip synced, the tempo slowed a bit, thus live, probably due to the great effort to show off on the drums. Metal takes a lot of energy to add to the entertainment factor of 3 cord power music. You cannot put a metronome to that tune. The 27+ year old 1984 video may be out of sync with audio. They were rocking to the max. A simple tune but played with great intensity and passion. Most of the guys in that band are probably grand dads by now. Hats off to them for a great job entertaining.
@mlovesdogs412 almost all "hair bands" sounded heavier in the first half of 80s (even poison) I listened to some early bootlegs when they were still playing at clubs and I can tell you they were just as heavy as ratt or motley crue
First heard this when I was 11. 40 years later this song and band is in my car. Absolutely incredible!
Damn Pearcy’s voice was insanely awesome back then. His vocals made Ratt so special.
This is in my top five favorite all time solos i could listen to it over and over

Heroin and Alcohol have taken so much from so many including myself
1984 was a glorious year for music - esp. hard rock/metal !! fuck, i miss those days !!!

Excellent performance, one of the best Glam Metal bands!
Yeah, to say this solo is terrible is crazy. This is probably one of the best solos of the 80's.

One of my favorites
This sounds just like the album AWESOME!!!
The chorus riff as a deep true glam metal head is the most beautiful and melodic riff I ever heard

one of my fave songs and fave groups.warren is the best, rip robbin.
Your in fuckin trouble this song kicks so much ass.

This is the greatest!
Also - the top that Bobby Blotzer is wearing - I have the exact same one - it was available in "heavy metal" clothing stores at the time...
rippin' solo by the mighty Warren DeMartini
0:47 the look on Stephen's face cuz the way the guitars cut through everything is undeniably savage af
That was tight, ratt n'roll
Sooo much chorus.
No one mentions that opening bass line. 😯
Stephen with his Little Bo Peep shirt 🍭🎀
