He always glowed about how the matches all had a spot where Eddy worked on Takers eye and did so well with telling that story

Eddie died way too soon, to this day I feel so odd referring to him in the past tense. Not only was he in his 30’s, but he was at the top of his career. Physically he wasn’t as quick as he used to be or as agile (he was pushing 40), but just like Steve Austin he was able to adapt his style, nothing looked like it was sloppy, and the heel stuff he did in 2005 was like opening a new door. With the stuff Jericho did with the suit/tie and big words, it makes me wonder what could have been of Eddie. Even now with Dom, Eddie could side with Dom, and be his manager. There are di many what if’s. This is also true for Bray Wyatt, and I feel the day way with “what if”. But I’m thinking selfish, his peers lost a friend, Vickie lost her husband and his kids had to grow up without a father, his career to them comes 2nd.

JBL had some effed up gimmicks, but he's a great dude in real life. I've met him a few times through my job, and each time, we talk more and more. Despite his fame, he's super humble and loves to use his privileges and what he's earned to help people.
I was at a non televised event, Eddie was in a tag team with Chavo. He went in ring to help Chavo and ref told him to get back in the corner and hold this rope till your tagged in. Ref goes back and I am 3rd row by Eddie's corner and I yell untie the rope, go in the ring and hit him with it. Eddie did it!!! Their motto was lie, cheat, and steal. He did it in tag matches after that. Best wrestling moment in my life.
Eddie was one of best to ever do it both from the physical side as well as the entertainment side and he could blend the 2 seamlessly, the fake chair or belt shots while the refs back was turned always make me bust a gut even to this day. Who the hell would think of something like that Besides Eddie.
Eddie could do smackdown and wrestle a broom stick and ha a 5 star match. That guy knew everything about the business and was a great man. He could be a heel. Face. he could have ya laughing. Crying, he had you on your feet. He was one of the best to ever do it. And on my mount Rushmore he is the number 1 wrestler to ever live.
Remember that it was Eddie who named Scott Hall's most iconic character. Razor Ramon. Not the razor part but the Ramon name. Scott asked and eddie answered. The rest is history.
