2 years later but wtv,she reuses the powder by reforming it.She mixes this powder and water(u can also add different ingredients such as charcoal,Holi color,cornstarch,baby powder,bon ami/comet/ajax,baking soda etc)or literally any other liquid(dish soap,regular soap,shampoo,hair conditioner,fabric softener)
