Sammmy!!! Missed seeing you in the DT buddy. I follow you on your new channel but damn is it good to see u here. My intro to boardgaming was 2014 and the DT was the first channel I ever tuned into. Those Miami Dice episodes with you Tom and Zee are still to date my favorite content ever board game related. I watched em all and bought so many amazing games (that I mostly still have btw) due to your amazing reviews and conversations. You three in a video talking about games are unmatched by anyone, anything ever in the history of this medium.. I mean that. You look great bud! You haven't aged a day and congrats on the amazing transformation & your health improvement. See u on the flipside my friend🎉
On the Dice Tower part time for one or two videos a week, but definitely nice to see him here. He has lost a lot of weight for his health. Way to go, Sam!
Even better with the Sundials expansion which can be picked up on the cheap. Adds just a minor wrinkle to the scoring without adding any complexity or game length.
When you demonstrated a turn, you correctly took 2 adjacent tiles, 1 koi and 1 feature but didn't mention that specific rule in the teach. It may be "nitpicking"but if you could take 1 of each tile from anywhere it would be too easy. I've been looking for the deluxe edition for a while and still no luck.
Thank you for including the solo mode! For me it's important. I go to boardgame club -where everybody brings there new games- but am single at home most other evenings. Knowing about the solo mode is a huge plus for me when buying a game. Thank you!
