Just got my R5 for Xmas. Been looking for a throttle mod and this video finally showed up on my UA-cam rec. thank you!!!! Ordering tonight or in the am. lol but thanks again!
Random question, but how would you say the SRP Lites with brake mod kit compare to the Thrustmaster TLCM? I use the TLCMs but have the lite pedals, considering whether they're worth using - I'm aware they don't have a LC, but would be good to get your thoughts
The mod improves the feel of the Lite pedals, but it doesn't change the fact it's not a load cell brake, which is never going to be as good. So, stick with those TLCM pedals. The TLCM brake spring can be modded, so if you haven't done that, that's an option.
I might get this for mine. Had a bad experience with the BBJ SimRacing Adjustable Acc Spring Mod for Thrustmaster T3PA where it made the pedal feel even worse.
Hey, i have the same problem, i'm going to get some M4x16 DIN 7991 fine thread bolts. Stupid that they dont include it into the product... Also plan on filing down the shield a bit, seems very roughly textured. Kinda dissapointed considering the price
Same problem. Had to buy longer screws. They feel really rough because of the ridges on the 3d printed parts. It feels like going from DD wheels to gear driven.
@@SimRacingCorner they told me it would fit and I honestly couldn't imagine it fitting in my head haha Thank you, for clarifying. Definitely think you're on the right track with it
@@Pastryarchy Actually, my assumption was incorrect; like you, I couldn't see how they would make it work. But I've just watched the installation video for the Moza pedals, and they've positioned the motors raised above the pedal so out of the way. ua-cam.com/video/weV71jpTbmk/v-deo.html
@@SimRacingCorner not sure I can forgive you for subjecting me to that music haha Yeah sweet, I see what you mean. The plate sits in front under the pedal and the shaker protrudes out the top. Might have to give them a crack and see how well it works then. Thanks heaps for getting back to me :)
@@timmuhieddine481 Put some neutral lubricant on the points where the spring hooks to the crossmembers. Worked for me so far and thats what they officially recommend.
Does anyone else have a problem with the springs being so loud and squeaky after a day or two of using the kit it become so noticeable even when having the headphones on
i bought the moza r5 bundle, found out that the pedals suck and bought the tlcm pedals. worth all the money I spent (180 dollars). don't spend more money on something that's a bad product overall. @@getsmack

How's that throttle mod doing, 3 months later?
Are the mod still good?
Can you review the load cell mod for them? Alienmods does one
Okay, I'll see if they'll send me one to review.
Thanks 🙏 i ended up ditching my srp lites for sim jack pros. Huge difference
what is the difference between them can you elaborate ?sicne im intrested in purchasing one of this in the future if can help me
For the money to spend on all these mods, performance kit, Sim jack pro/UT is a much better buy.

Thanks mate appreciate the quick response 👍🏻 yes have modded the brake springs already - guess the SRP Lites will continue to gather dust 😆
@@SimShed If you're thinking about upgrading from TLCM pedals, the SimJack Pro's are a great option that won't break the bank.
I purchased this mod a while ago and have found it to be very beneficial to my diving abilities.

Thank you for the Video!
Hallo die Feder ist sehr Straff kann man sie verstellen das das Gaspedal etwas leichter geht . Die Mod ist klasse nur mein Knie macht da nicht mit .

Are there any good lite pedal break mods for moza from other companies than moza?
From 3drap yes
Alien mods loadcell is a must.
@@timaruoutlaws1905 thanks. i will look online for it :)
Can these be used with the "feeling" rumble pedal shakers too?
No, these will get in the way.

Ugh even after th 5% its still 44eur to get it here in the states
Try getting it sent to Australia, bro. You got off cheap.
5% discount dose doesn’t work
at this point, i would just save a little more money and get the srp pedals or the fanatec one
It’s 30 bucks. How is that even remotely the same?

SRP's are 200- to 220- here. The mod only 60- for both pedals. It would also mean I would end up with 2 pedal sets as no one will buy used SRP Lites.
