I hope Apple will sooner or later allow JIT to be used so emulating newer systems like Windows 11 or consoles like GameCube and newer will be possible.
do you think this will work on my Ipad 9? I bought colar island on steam wanting to play it on my laptop because it said i was able to play coral island through steam. However after I ALREADY PAID 30 DOLLARS FOR IT it said i needed windows to be able to download. I dont want to mess with my macbook because its new an i need it for work every day but hopefully this will work on my ipad so i can play and didnt just waste 30$ lol
Anyone know where I can find a tutorial to do this with Windows 8? I know every HATES the Metro design but I personally enjoyed it on the Surface Pro 2 back in the day and used to install Jailbreak tweaks on the iPad to simulate the Metro Design on the iPad. Would definitely love to experience that again.
@@TheHippieHacker- well the iphone 15 pro can run AAA games like resident evil 4 village and 7 and death stranding etc so i can only pray that the phone can handle windows XP or 7 lol

@@TheHippieHacker-oh hold up. It says press escape to skip startup.nsh, but I don’t see esc on the virtual keyboard. I don’t have a keyboard for my iPad.
@EJGT0706 after you add in the UTM file, click on the machine (don’t run). Then select browse down at the bottom. That’s where you load in the iso! I do it kinda fast in the video

Windows 8 isn’t supported by UTM yet. Just 11, 10, 7, and XP!

There’s a keyboard in the options in the top that you can use! It has the F8 key😄

Yeah the issue is using a device to emulate an OS, to emulate more software lol

When I tried to do it it wouldn’t work and I tried using the ISO file
It could either be an issue with the UTM config or your iso. Did you import the UTM file from the gallery

You download the UTM file from the gallery and then just click the .UTM file and it automatically imports to the app

They have a keyboard button in the top right you can use! But you don’t want that startup page. It won’t do anything
