The new helmet looks great on what is already a solid mould. When you mentioned flight stands I think that would be a solid suggestion to Vala for Valaverse flight stajds. We're limited to those Tamashi nations and doll stands which as you know aren't great for figures with some weight. The McFarlane ones seem to be ok for the time being but that's definitely something Vala could nail. Solid review yet again.
I want one....but lately, practically anything new from Valaverse sells out faster than new Hasbro drops and doesn't show up again for almost a year. :( So...I will wait until it's comfortably available. One of the things that begins to bug me about collecting, is when the things you want become more popular than the demand can support. That's what I fear the most regarding his [Bobby Vala] up-coming robot/cyborg figure. That figure is going to melt his server the moment it goes up. I just don't have it in me to fight to get figures. I no longer have the time to camp out in front of my computer for 12 hours straight hitting F5. I know Valaverse is small-time in terms of production, but I sure as hell hope he is factoring in his company's growth and orders more than he thinks he can sell.

YES!!! So happy to see an another review on this figure especially from the NINJA!!! This is honestly my favorite figure by far. Could not have said it better about the head piece. Like without lighting, because of how it’s sculpted, looks like it’s glowing from the center! Genius work from the legend himself Bobby. However it does have its issues with the leg joints not being black, and also, the back of them having paint that chips off very easily. Over all in my opinion it’s a 9,5/10 Now I’m gonna go broke now…

The tabs are so much better om the SDS and later SWARM vests. I took a standard SWARM Trooper for some pictures, oh boy, that was a Mistake! So hard to get it back on. Glad I got a few of these at Power-Con, and I can't wait for more!
I ordered a two. I’m planning on repainting that face. Something about that bone colored face just looks off to me. I think it will look a lot better in black and silver.

Uh huh stealing the glitch transition effect I just used on vintage short round. I see how it is (so joking right now just to be clear, I literally just learned that transition). So glad I caught this before I filmed mine though, I was going to try something very similar on my intro for my review (great minds lol) that’s cool and I’m going to go in another direction with it. I’ve got another idea I was thinking for another fig but will work better with swarm trooper I think, especially now that you’ve executed what I was kinda thinking much better than I could’ve. On the figure it’s awesome, but I prefer keeping it at one as a squad leader. That’s me and gotta save too. Great review. You continue to inspire

I got mine pretty quick, I have it for about a week and a half. I took mine a step further. I panel lined the beige face plate to bring out the cool details and painted the inside of the helmet and ball peg chrome so it could catch more light and make that red lens glow. I am on a budget, so I only got the 1 figure, but I only need one. He's leadership material. I have a feeling I might be ordering more than one of the Glow Swarm.
I didn’t realize chroming the inside of the helmet would have that effect! Is there an example online of what it looks like? Also, did you use silver paint or a specific chrome color paint? I want to try.
@marvinmcbride8404 TBH, it makes a slight difference. I feel like how Ninja used lighting in this video is more effective, but... if you really want to know, I used a Gundam chome marker. Just beware, it's a but runny, or at least the pen I have is, so I dabbed it into a disposable ramekin and used a brush. Again, it only helped slightly. I was hoping that it would do what having a bright yellow ball peg did for the default Yellow Swarm Trooper, which almost has a natural glow effect, if you will.
@ArticulatedNinja I think I am going to get a second one after all. I think a Steel Brigade helmet, in a black, red, and silver color scheme would look great on this figure.

The garrison calvary figure looks amazing with the Horde helmet as well. My biggest critisicm was he should have had a new rifle...one from the future weapon packs.

Valaverse had the 100 weapons on sale. I ordered it but this guy showed up instead. Seeing it in person, it looks great. But still it was kinda sour as I wanted the weapons more than this

I was very happy to be able to get Bone Collector, Kerak, and Condor. Bobby Vala did say that the re-issues would be a little different from the originals. I think that the differences in the re-issues are small enough that it doesn't bother me. However, I and maybe many others, would like to get all the characters and troopers. These characters look like a lot of fun.
Love the song at the end. And I really want this to be my first Valaverse figure. They look amazing. The tan is a bit odd in the helmet but in some of your photos it looks like it’s gold. ☺️

With the upcoming pre-orders in September announced, I can understand why there is a limit of only 2 per purchase. There is more dynamite work upcoming, including a Buddha, and Bobby probably wants us to save our cash for them too. I doubt he wants his consumers going broke buying Hordes when a Vanguard is parked just around the corner.
I wanted 2 of these but I couldn’t justify $61 CND each before shipping, they look great just not worth it for a 6” repainted figure. Great review ninja as usual, got me jealous for sure hahaha
