Oh poor baby…he’s so sweet. Doc, I am sure he’ll be one of your great success stories - you were really gentle with him and was so happy to be helped…hope we see more of him?
Thank you Dr. Doug for seeing the dog, and not the age of the dog. Thank you for bringing relief, and understanding every single bright day we can give out animals counts. Also I really admire how you shrug off "accidents" and how you dissipate any humiliations the owners might be feeling. You consistently show how much you genuinely care about people and animals in these videos and in a year that just tough emotionally for me I really appreciate the uplifting, funny, and well produced content. So, thanks not only to you, Doc, but to your whole media team. You're impacting a lot of us in a very positive way. :)
Dr Willen, you were very gentle with Diesel and did an amazing job on him 👏. He’ll need more sessions and I hope you can help him to get better. You did a lot of great 👍adjustments on his lower back. Thank you 🙏for doing your best, enjoy the rest of your Sunday doc.
Nice that these people helped Diesel through his life and made it nice for him. Hopefully Diesel would benefit from the chiropractic session the most and probably also come back soon.😍 Dr. Doug, well explained by using your body to make it clearer and to illustrate all of that.🙏🙋
Diesel was paying attention to you, he's a good listener and understander. The rescued fighter pitties usually come across as the most loving and, wanting of love, which shows alot about their breed. It's not the breed! Thankyou for giving Diesel all the attention he needs, his owner is so loving, just as you are 🥰.
So glad diesel was rescued from that horrible situation. Poor guy getting old sucks, I'm glad they brought diesel to you, hopefully they can bring him back every now and then to easy some of his pains. I think as our dog's age we all want miracles I know I do but every little bit helps. Thank you Dr Doug. 🤗 Have a great night

Thankyou God for lending Diesel and us, Dr Doug for a while..I ask that Dr Doug Willen be recognised and adored by his peers in heaven, as he absolutely is on earth ❤
Thanks to Diesel parents for loving him and bringing him to his forever home. ❤. Dr Doug you have answered a question that has been troubling me for a while. As I have mentioned before my first German shepherd had hind legs weakness that eventually led to full paralysis. It was a tumor due to cancer. For the longest time I didn't understand why but now I do. I loved how Diesel was so effectionate to you. You are the best.
I have a 4y/o 80lb american pitbull terrier also named diesel. Hes currently on top of my legs to keep me from my anxiety demons, autism, cptsd. He also pushes back against me if i try to push his butt off of me lol he uses his fat to his advantage! & Is so heavy we actually had to train him "off." Just so i could move when i needed to. As you well know, Doc, non-fighters are discarded and frequently beaten and left to die. Thank you for working with this furry Soul. Diesel is trying very hard to be his best.
Oh Diesel, what a sweetie! Seeing him not correcting his feet surprised me. Do his back muscles show any sign of weakening? I hope you can help this dear gentle soul. What a beautiful boy. 🤗
Such a beautiful dog. Such a gentle soul. I love him! he had a hard start in life. Thankfully, he got a good person to care for him for the rest of his life! I must say it doesn't look good; it looks like he's gone lame. I don't think a massage would help.

Hi Dr Doug, I’ve got an 8 yr old King Charles Cavalier who in the last week has hurt the same back leg as diesel. I tried the paw 🐾 test she wanted to put it back but after about 20 sec where as her others she did instantly. Is there any pain relief you can give to dogs or a liniment that you can rub on to the skin that’s not toxic? I’d like to be able to give her a massage and try to help her back leg get moving. Keep the great videos coming, I love them ❤👍🏻
Okay difficult to say without seeing your dog Kelly, you can do massage, you can learn easily how to do it with my online course. Have a look at howtomassageyourdog.com that would help. Thanks for sharing.

I think that must give the owners of the different animals that you work with a lot of confidence in you!! And you give a very good picture of what you are doing for all of us that are not trained as you are!!!! This poor Diesel seems to be the most advanced case that you have gotten, no?! Yes?! Yes, he seems neurologic to me, like my competition horse who got a parasitic infection from a protozoa that attacks the nerves in the spinal cord. After treatment with meds and Chiropractic,my horse was cured but he forever slighty dragged his left hind toe and never competed in upper level Dressage. I hope that Diesel will be helped by this. 💜
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen Thank you Dr. I also have a 12 yo Pembroke Welsh Corgi, who @4 yo injured her back. She apparently tried to jump up onto the couch in excitement to see my daughter 's stepsons from under the coffee table. She still goes to see my vet/chiropractor every weeks to keep her adjusted, because Moxie is a Corgi who insists on jumping around on her hind end trying to get the cats who torture her from the island. And oh, by the way, I had Polio, which for your viewers, is a neurological disease. So I think that I have had way too much experience with neurology.🙄

Oh my gosh!!! Is his owner feeding him??!! 😳 It's obviously he is not feeding him well! 😲I wish you Dr. Doug mention that to him! Tell him he needs to feed his dog! ☹
@@learleywells4498 ?? Um I quite love my animals, I have many animals too. I even have considered becoming a veterinarian and I have done alot of research on animals. Like I said there are many problems in dogs that come with being older, and having a hard time gaining weight can be one of them. Plus the dog comes from a bad background that has many horrible breeding practices so he could have a lot of internal problems that we can see. Plus if the guy was a bad owner he wouldn't take the time and money to get chiropractic care for his dog.
i would want to give a trick i used for dogs problem with slippery paws 🐾 as a rigger on a supply boat we used an ointment called ( monkey grip ) its available in all hardware and proffesional stores that sell tools and other things for those purposes so this monkey grip is like a gel but it works wonder the dog will have no more slippery paws 🐾 it will also give him a kind of safer feeling so i hope this little trick with the gel will help

Oh my gosh!!! Is his owner feeding him??!! 😳 It's obviously he is not feeding him well! 😲I wish you Dr. Doug mention that to him! Tell him he needs to feed his dog! ☹
Older dogs sometimes have a hard time holding weight, he also is a rescue so he could still be in recovery
His ribs aren't showing. He looks fine...better than most fat dogs these days
Only an animal hater would say that!
So many dogs these days are overweight many people haven't even seen a healthy shaped one they don't recognise it 😓
It's so sickening what these dogs have to go through. They are just so sweet and pure. Breaks my heart.
i would want to give a trick i used for dogs problem with slippery paws 🐾 as a rigger on a supply boat we used an ointment called ( monkey grip ) its available in all hardware and proffesional stores that sell tools and other things for those purposes so this monkey grip is like a gel but it works wonder the dog will have no more slippery paws 🐾 it will also give him a kind of safer feeling so i hope this little trick with the gel will help
Thank you so much for the tip Konrad.
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen always welcome Doc ,I always enjoy watching the action and the feedback you give us especially the reactions and body language and changes in posture from the animals are my field of interest!
