The specialist dance mod needs to be a FEATURE instead of a mod, like a secret mode you can activate and deactivate in the Easter eggs menu. Like, someone needs to get in contact with the devs and have them add this XD
you can do that though! if you get the mod config menu mod you can configure what quality does isaac dance to, aswell as toggling the music on or off and other stuff
I don't know how much work it would take (a lot I'm guessing), but you should make a way to decide which items the characters should dance to. I'm saying this mostly for items like Libra, Taurus, Ludovico, Abaddon and some others.
