Hi, usually it is as simple as undoing the two screws on the outside of the vehicle and the brake light comes off. If it seems stuck after doing this then my guess would be that someone has applied extra silicon sealant around the brake light (possibly when they have changed it in the past).
Unfortunately not. I haven't seen one anywhere, and I've searched over the years. The factories tend to only produce them when they believe they will sell enough to make it worth their while. The Mark 7 Transit took many years before they produced one for that, despite the fact that the Mark 8 was catered for straight away. @@superkingpaco
