She'll be alive lore wise, who to replace will be decided among the staff and the Ministry. So far, we have yet to receive any info on who is the deputy after McGonagall took reign as Headmistress. And as Headmistress, she should not stay on as Gryffindor head of house, which most likely Neville will take over
