Guys!! I made a mistake in second calculation at 3:06, when we divide 1.8 by 8, the answer will be 0.225 and when we multiply it with 100 the final answer will 22.5%.

Same happen with me when i calculate the answer was 0.225

Where did that 0.36 come from? I must've missed something, because 1.8 divided by 8 is 0.225

Means you’re in major loss. Business need to shutdown. Simple fundamental only food cost shouldn’t go up then 25 30 percent, all cost including labor, production, maintenance must be around 50 to 60 percent, then only you will be in 40 percent margin
