Reason why lots of people think dance videos are in slow motion is because of the quality of the cameras. Literally cameras nowadays make things look unreal, with lighting techniques, editing, and other fancy tricks that photographers would know about. Dancers have already trained themselves to look, bend, and move unreal without cameras. So getting it caught on a super High Def Camera makes things look FUCKING INSANE.
+Mragdoll it's called a shadow btw. I don't think they added it in as an effect on this video, it's just natural because the orb is shining. I would suggest looking up how to create "shadows" in videos on UA-cam or something like that. :)
