It is SO GOOD to find guided meditations that are also like prayers... Some Christians might think that meditation in itself is bad because it is mostly associated with Eastern cultures and religions, but we should practice meditation too.

I yurn to go back to that time when loving you in my arms with all my heart was easy and pure. Never wanting the feeling of love and compassion just by being in your presence and praying it will never end. Happiness as warm and beautiful as the sunset and as blessed as heavens angels. this is only fraction of feelings.

Seemed more like a prayer. That's fine, but I expected guiding me into a meditation. The prayers are part of it--they make it Christian--but so are the instructions, the setup, the guidance.
