I am travelling there end of this month. One thing you missed out that trekking insurance which cost you Rs 350-500. Also you need a medical certificate for your fitness level and that may also cost as doctors charge for their consultation and the cost would be Rs. 300-500.

You will have to try to find local guides no. Through Google who can take you solo.

Jammu to srinagar through road is not a advisable option since any time landslides occur and Vehicles may be stopped at Qazigund for more than 2 days
We didn't had any difficulty their through road.
Where do you keep extra luggage in Srinagar? Becz my travel company is not providing any clock rooms

Ye pura 7 days ka trek h bhai, aapko trekking organization nahi karni toh, local guides and cooks ke sath me bhi book krke Jaa skte ho, jo thoda aur sasta pdega. But akele nahi jaa skte is trek pe.

You can try contacting some local trekking organization, I think they might charge less.
You cannot do this trek solo, it's a 7 day long trek and you'll need to have your tent and food supplies everything, which is difficult solo.

Than, permits, food & tent all these things you will have to do it yourself brother.
There is clear difference between 2 men and 3 men tent they are different and personally I did the trek as well and it is different

we do you need trekking companies if you can do it by yourself that too in low budget,less than half of what trekking companies ask for...🤔
You cannot do this trek alone, unless you are a seasoned solo trekker.
If you want to to low down your budget than I suggest you can hire the local guides/company from Srinagar itself.they will charge less than these trekking organization's.
