How can you tell?
For myself personally the blessing self realisation and abidence in self desire want need swept aside simply left aside also personhood identity ego , the mind surrendered to the heart center being in the natural state of beingness sahaja beyond the body mind beyond concepts beyond idea's imagination no journey needed I speak for myself here techniques imagination journeys are only mind and only feed ego and therefore bondage anything natural is effortless the self does not come does not go it is already pure only the mind needs to learn to be still and spontaneously self arises but one must go beyond words idea's concepts self is before I am before even the I arose the unmoving in the midst of all movement the unchanging in the heart of all changefullness formless without identity no beginning no end uncreated imperishable unbound unlimited, as for abundance and riches these are everywhere in every blade of grass every tree birds beasts crawling ones swimming ones stars clouds sun moon air water fire earth love joy harmony happiness life itself these are the priceless riches money cannot buy and true wealth beyond measure when one had become nothing seeing all without labels identity simply as they are life itself simply being life self everything becomes more magical beautiful the want and desire for financial wealth or for another falls away effortlessly as inner remains in that shiva bliss ,shiva means that wich is not physical thar wich in in all things source if you will or brahman God akash so many different descriptions of the same thing yet in its true nature it is nameless silent like all human beliefs only exist in the mind they do not exist anywhere else ,just sharing be well beautiful souls namaste let there be peace let there be love for all life universal, this is why I'm vegan also ,om namah shivaya om shanti shanti shanti

Sounds like only the notes in a pentatonic scale are used, so it's repetitive, musically speaking. Does that make it good for meditation? I have no idea. However, I really like the nature videos.
