We certainly had some lineup! Not only was the lineup of quads amazing but so was all of the guys riding them. The most amazing group of individuals I've ever been involved with. Always a great time with these dudes. 🤘🏻

I remember those ITP track star tires. Dirt wheels always gave them great reviews. They've since been discontinued, they were actually radial construction if I remember correctly. I wish we had more tire options for sport quads, it seems like everything now is holeshot style tires.

The one fella mentioned a name that i havnt heard in a long time was Chris Grissom from Suzuki of Paris,or maybe now he is teaching at a school in Tennesse,but Chris did both Clutches for one of our LT-80's back in around 02/03.Piloted by none other than Cody from AGMX,Think they mighta done some graphic work on a few of ur builds over the yrs.Won a bunch of D-18 championships(TT) on that Quad 80,had the CT-PIPE,Go-Kart wheels,KX Carb,Reeds,ported cyl,head work,Good Suspension,ect.Very cool to see the respect an Brotherhood amungst your subscribers and fellow riding dudes.Keep up the good work Michael,i really enjoyed the Recent Zuke build,use to work for a dealer and part time instructor during winter months at the tech training center in northern ,ill(elk grove villiage)And u built that Quad the way i was trained as a young man to build yammie an Suzuki products so its refreshing to see a build done correctly,peace&wheelies..

Great video man, it was good meeting and riding with ya on Friday. That was my red white and blue 400ex with the houser nerfs. Wish I could’ve walked you through it, it’s a sick build. Then I also had the all orange YFZ on Saturday if you saw it. Keep it up!

I had flexxbars on my 04 450r they helped alot with arm pump. I did run rather stiff dampner in the bars but the little bit they still flexxed saved my arms from getting pumped to where i had to atleast slow down.

Do what I do just rent a double axle u haul I’ve taken 4 quads with me from New Mexico to Indiana two in the truck bed and two in the U-Haul it works out great

I am wondering though, if you had any suggestions, it runs fine but coughs at idle a bit and eventually coughs and dies, any suggestions? I adjusted the valves and cleaned the carbs, still same issues

i run 50:1 = 2% on all my 2 stroke with MOTUL 800 oil only
Hey guys so I’m in a bit of a pickle. I got a 2007 YFZ 450 i picked it up not running the guy said it had an electrical issue. But basically ive been trying to troubleshoot it but nothing. Basically when I turn the switch on I got power to my lights but when I go press the buttons to turn on the starter I got nothing. I can jump the terminals and the starter will crank but nothing happens when I press the button. Not even the ticking at the solenoid. I’m just at a loss idk what to do anymore. Any ideas from anyone? (I replaced the starter solenoid, the fuse is good, wire harness is new.) I just don’t know what to do next. Thanks
Also lovin the videos! I’m a dirtbike guy but Michaels videos. Got me to get a quad 😅
If you know how to use a multimeter or test light, check to see you have continuity through the switch to the solenoid. Check to see if you have at least 12v going into the solenoid when you press the button. You probably have a disconnected wire under the tank or plastics. Refer to the wiring diagram and trace all your wires from the switch to the starter. You'll find it.
@@F5Tornado44 I was going to say the same thing, definitely start with a multimeter and check all your connections and wire diagrams.
