A friend of mine went through CDL training a few years back. His trainers and the company he was driving for claimed that West Memphis was the worst place in the US for crimes against truckers. What’s your take on it?
Actually West Memphis is in Arkansas, not in Tennessee. Good try though. I lived in Little Rock Arkansas and have driven to Memphis many times. I know I-40 and I-55 pretty well.
The fun part about driving a truck is seeing the country. Thanks for sharing your trips,

Glad you got back west of the Mississippi Mike. I think you need the wide open spaces. Too much traffic in the east. 👍✌️🇺🇸!!

I crossed that bridge in the winter of 77-78 over mounds of frozen rain. It was a riot.

No take on it as i just drove through it and didnt stop.. second time here,, first time was in 96
I’m from 90 miles north west and yes one of the worst I the country but if you stoped for awhile you could understand why
Now you are in my part of the woods.
Reference weigh stations. Explain, if you would, how the overhead scanners allow you to go by. How do they know you are not overweight??
Can not understand the cb
You are NOT missing a thing!!!!!!

There are more trucks than cars..Everybody staying home buying on Amazon ??
Turn the radio off please. It's just noise and we can not understand what they are saying.
To many trucks for me to deal with! I know if I was in front of you, I would be holding up traffic. I know I would be called every name in the book.
noy really.. i deal with slow vehicles all the time.. its the ones who stay with the truck who get the words.. lol
@@ridingshotgun1251 I know not to be next to a truck. I worked, as a weighmaster with truck drivers hauling tomatoes, they trained me well.
