I think it's possible that the contact sister is either a mage or psychic. Hence, her ability to float. And Shin wanted to maximize that potential with the Golden contacts that could allow foresight.
Funny thing is, i'm thinking that Mao Mao himself imitates almost every sister's ability by himself: Strenght which i think is close if not equal to Brunhilde, the gross ability to carry items in his stomach like Minori's hat, and while he can still get his bones broken, his pain tolerance is a great foil for the bangles of impenetrable defence, although he's not able to fly on his own, Mao Mao still zips around very quickly and seemingly is a great aerocycle driver, the only one who remains a mystery is the golden contacts of sight beyond sight, but it's mostly because the power itself is very vague, but he seems knowledgeable about mystic arts, and is great at disguises, which would require a great eye for detail of one's body language and manneresims.
Love the video!! In some theory, their names are similar to what they are given by (other than Mao Mao who was given by their surname). Brunhilde is shown to be somewhat of a battle armour, with the name meaning armed for battle Now for Amala, it is hard for a known specific definition for her name, but from what I have seen, it may have something to do with bird as her scarf has something to do with flight Minori has different meanings in different regions from Japan, but for how the theme is going for half of the siblings, it means abundant since her hat can fit so much stuff in there! It may be in theory that their names have something to do with their ability or physical appearance. But it is all I can find and it is hard to guess since their names are from a different language/country. (This is my first ever time commenting on a video ever! So sorry if my English is not that good)
Update!!!: I remembered a name that relates to martial arts since the sister with Bangles seems to have the uniform, her possible name could be Judo if we are following the theme of their name and ability. That is all I can guess for now, until I can figure the last sister. Judo could be the name for the sister with Bangles.
I have a theory that Mao mao's sisters are not at all heroic like their father and brother are. In fact, since they were practically spoiled by their father because he gifted them with powerful weapons, they would use them for crime and to get whatever they wanted. And if their dad confronted them on this, they would tell him "Why should we spend our lives helping others when we can just take what we want and be set for life? We don't even care about theis who hero family line. Just some stupid childish dream you forced on us. The only idiot to fall for it was the little runt Mao Mao." Before they cross the moral event horizon by attempting to kill their father, only to be saved by Mao Mao.
I'd prefer it if they only a few were villains meanwhile the others have incredible skills but lack certain basic things that only Mao Mao has. Like the bangles for example, I could see a situation where that sister is just completely oblivious to danger, thus if something ever were to happen with the bangles, she'd be terrified of getting hurt, thus never do anything. It was almost the same with the dad. His armor is what kept him so strong, once he was out of it, even Mao Mao arguably could have beaten him. If his sisters take after him at all, then them losing the artifacts could lead up to a situation where they need to rely on Mao Mao and his natural abilities since Geraldine has no magic to speak of but for the light it gives.
