      After paying 15%down payment in cash then the monthly payment is 442,000k? Kahit siguro forreigner mahihirapan kung ang monthly nya ay ganyan kataas kahit binayaran na ang 15% down payment in cash.

    That is a ridiculous asking price for that house ! 30 million for a small house like that ! You must be joking !not even worth 15 million ! Thats roughly $530,000 Diosme! Sa liit nyan !
    We paid $600,000 for Our house here in the US, 4 bedroom - 3 floors
    and its 3 times bigger than that in a gated exclusive golf course community ,
    is that house gold plated ?! 😂😂😂, must be sitting on a gold mine or something ! Tell the seller they are GREEDY ! The total cost of building this house is probably not even 5 million , cheap bathroom and kitchen fixtures and rooms are so tiny , my dogs won’t even feel comfortable sleeping in them 😂

    Snippet: Try not to build houses too close to one another, but give at least a 0.27 acre gap in between 2 houses from left to right. homeowners would appreciate some elbow room from immediate neighbors. have you tried building houses not too close to the road before? something similar to this -- from the street curb to the foundation of the home: ua-cam.com/video/122jIcu9PYA/v-deo.html Your new communities attract more homebuyers if you would build a similar neighborhood.       The requirement here in the Philippines is 2 meters on the Sides and 2 meters on the Rear from your property line. That is the minimum. The Philippines is much smaller than the USA when it comes to land area that is why the lot cuts are not that big. 300 Square Meters Residential Lot is already considered big here.

      Reply to@@jladonis - I guess the bldg zoning guidelines must have forgotten public safety in that very context. Didn't they? We cannot build houses so very close to street or road -- we must push the house or houses away from the street just a few more meters backward -- for safety city ordinance; esp for active 'running' small children. Every community must also have a Park and library and church -- in addition to hospitals and in-door supermarkets, or shopping malls. Because of constant rainfall and wet roads, be sure builders are including bldg good canals to irrigate flood-water to the reservoir or back to sea. Try not to build houses very close to each other, but give some leverage between them, (e.g., 0.27acre from left to right). You'll be pleased with the finished development when you see them. be blessed. jul2024

    Super expensive ng house nyo para sa simple house na yan! Pwede ka ng mag-patayo ng mala mansion sa 30M. The price is ridiculous kahit kasama pa yun mga furnitures!!!
