I actually like this concept. It takes away their defining traits that gained from the environment or general setting that made them hero in the first place. Showing how despite their trauma and tribulations they’ve maintained their hope, strength and compassion despite the conflict that has defined their life. Think of someone whose life is defined by brutality and pain, yet rather than becoming a monster turned that trauma into strength that can directly equal that evil but not become consumed by it. Turning the trauma into a tool in service of goodness and hope.
I think they’re doing it right with Diana and Superman. Seems like they’re making a couple of missteps with Batman, but I’m still looking forward to reading it. But with Wonder Woman, to see her literally make it through Hell and still come out a hero instead of a villain will be great.

😂 I think it’s awesome that he’s poor. It’s not being an orphan that would be straying too far from who he is because that’s what drove him to be a superhero. (But it turned out not to be an issue if you read the comic which is 🔥🔥🔥)
What if they had all the evil avatars cover for the Trinity ? Overman ...Grail ... The Wrath ... Whoa Nellie Whoa ❤❤❤. Moulton also helped develop the lie detector.
He also had at least two wives at a time. He seems like he was a pretty odd guy

If the writing & art turn out to be good, won't care about the changes to weapons, outfits, or backstories. But that's a big "if".😂
I think the art will be decent. I haven’t loved what I’ve seen so far. The writing should be great though.

@@JoJo_Hoyo when I heard Scott Snyder’s thoughts about it, it made a lot of sense
A spear or halberd would have been so much better than a sword. Lasso is a short range weapon and is used to bring opponents in close to grab... And shes a grappler who wins every close in fight.
A harpoon type line would let her use a grappling hook approach, spear and reel in an opponent, or use it to rescue someone who grabs it. Sword is just a stupid looking anime thing.
Apparently they originally wanted Absolute WW to have an axe but didnt because Batman did. So the stupid sword was a last second hack. Replace with halberd/spear and youve got a small axe blade, a range weapon, a harpoon that the "red nemesis" pain lasso amplifies.
The sword doesnt fit in at all.
Also on a horse you need a longer pointed weapon as a lance, and all your fights are at range.
@@crhu319 supposedly the sword can change sizes, maybe it can change shapes too. Also, I should have mentioned this in the video, but Thompson said the sword isn’t actually an integral part of her kit. She’ll use other weapons too
I'd rather Rebirth WW. New 52 gave us the absolute Amazon so I don't know what an Absolute WW will be minus her sisterhood and Paradise upbringing.

I preordered Absolute Batman and Superman wasn't going to go for the Wonder Woman but you sold it to me "lol"so I am going to get the 1st issue and read it see if I like it, thanks for the whats up on this title.

I never liked WW pants designs because shes a grappler/wrestler and what ancient Greek, Roman or Illyrian wore pants?
But the red wrappings just pop and draw the same focus as bare thigh and fit the barbarian style they are going for.

Realistically wint read them cus i theres no wherei can buy comics but i think batman looks awsome hes capes so cool hes logo is ugly but its a batle axe mabey itll get broken and eventually turn into a more normal lookin one supermans cape is made from ashs thats sick af and wonder woman has one iv thoes horses from Harry Potter and a big ass sword and a cool mask and furry armour
