Classic meatballs Maryam's style!

  • 💥 These delicate meatballs can be used in any recipe you want to make with meatballs and are prepared as follows:
    ▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
    📝 500 g minced organic beef
    📝 1 large organic onion chopped small
    📝 8 cloves of garlic pressed
    📝 fresh or frozen coriander to taste (parsley or even mint can also be used here, which goes very well in this recipe)
    📝 1 tbsp paprika paste or tomato paste
    📝 2 organic eggs
    📝 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
    📝 3 slices of toast (alternatively bamboo fiber flour)
    📝 Spices: 2 teaspoons freshly ground coriander, 1.5 teaspoons natural salt, 1 teaspoon each grill spice, paprika, nutmeg and pepper
    ▬ Preparation ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
    Onion, garlic, frozen coriander, 2 eggs and the oil go into the blender or smoothie machine and are pureed.
    In a bowl, put the minced meat, the pureed mixture and the 3 slices of toast, which have been soaked in water and then squeezed thoroughly, add the paprika pulp and then knead everything thoroughly by hand.
    Now form the balls with your hand into the smallest possible balls by putting a little oil on your hand so that they don't stick to your hand.
    Put all the finished balls in a coated pan into which some coconut oil has already been added for frying. Now fry all the minced meat balls until golden brown on all sides. The temperature should not be set to high so that the balls brown evenly and do not burn.
    Place on a household towel to absorb the excess fat and then allow to cool.
    Now the minced meatballs can either be used straight away for a recipe and processed further or you can freeze them in portions so that you have them on hand when you want to prepare a dish with minced meatballs.

    Statt den Toast kann man auch Vollkorn Bulgur geben

      Das ist eine gute Idee. Dieses Video ist allerdings auch schon sehr alt. Heute würde ich eher Flohsamenschalenpulver hinzufügen, um jegliches Gluten zu vermeiden. Cheir inschaAllah. Liebe Grüße
