Here’s a cool fact in the secon block instead of summon tnt do lightning_block to have a lighting arrow
Even better if you add more code to strike mobs 3-5 blocks around where the arrow lands, I’ve been doing it but with the player so wherever I walk I strike everything near me, just need to make it not hit mob drops and items now
I had to think about this one by say my favorite is either an Arctic Fox or Siamese cat

I ran into a problem on the second command block that summons the minecart ,it keeps saying there's a syntax error on >>@e
I’m having that problem too, I’m pretty sure it’s because you have experiments active in the world or something, idk if you can turn experiments off though
If this does not work make sure that you are on bedrock edition and you spelled all correct and you can get a command block by doing /give @s command_block btw it might not work on beta

I have 1 question.is there a way to make it so only you can use the arrows
Turn the first REPEATING command block that use /testfor arrow into conditional state, and put another repeating command block behind it, pointing towards the first block

Use another repeating command block that use execute as @p run testfor @s [hasitem={item=bow,location=slot.weapon.mainhand,slot=0}]
So that the whole explosive arrow command would only activate if a PLAYER is holding a bow, instead of mobs.
Note that mob's arrow would still be explosive if you hold a bow. So it's either you snipe from far, or just melee
If you could get command blocks in survival then this would be useful for strip mining in the nether for ancient debree
I tried them out, would it be possible for a command block to test if an arrow hit a block or mob and then summon the tnt minecart? I'm new to using command blocks and want to refine the bomb arrows, but I don't know how. the bomb arrows you showed are still really cool tho, especially with the lava pop particles.

you could make a explosion particle effect, a explosion sound and a damage effect in an area.
Just turn off tnt explodes

For me the minecart was summoned but didn’t explode ( i play on bedrock edition by the way ps4 )
Weird maybe check to make sure the command is right
Also try to make sure the command blocks are all in order
