I missed the interest meeting (only because I inquired late about membership) but I was invited to join their membership interest group chat. I have been attending events. Some of the ladies that are in the group have already completed a application. I’m not sure if I should bring it to their attention that I haven’t completed the application they distributed at the informational meeting. I don’t want to seem obnoxious
I recommend talking to their president or vice president directly regarding your situation so that there is no miscommunication

Hello, thank you for your informative videos. I attended an interest meeting and got the phone number of one of the grad members. After the meeting, I was sent an email about if I'm interested in joining the sorority I would need to write an interest letter and have 2 recommendation letters and one has to be from a sorority member of the chapter I'm trying to join. Is it appropriate to ask for a recommendation letter even though I just met them or do I need to attend more events so the members can get to know me?
I encourage you to ask your membership chair for clarification because requirements can vary
A grad chapter im interesting in held an event but I wasn't able to attend. During that event they were registering for a future event. Would it be okay to email them asking can I register for that event?
If the future event is a public event, I don't see an issue with asking

Is it common for graduate chapters to take a month or more to reach out for an interview after an informational meeting?I know everyone is busy, however I am wondering if I should reach out again.
Every chapter has a different timeline. If you’re selected for an interview, then they’ll reach out to you.
