- રેગ્યુલર ઢોકળા ની બદલે આ અલગ રીતના એકદમ સ્વાદિષ્ટ રૂ જેવા પોચા ,જાળીદાર મકાઈ ના ઢોકળા બનાવી જુઓ , સ્વાદ મોઢા માં રહી જશે , જબરદસ્ત ટેસ્ટી .
INGREDIENTS
sweet corn ( boiled ) - 1 cup
sooji - 1 cup
gram flour - 1/4th cup
yogurt ( sour ) - 1/2 cup
coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Can u use frozen sweet corn as fresh not always available here
Hi...pramila, yes , you can use frozen , but sometimes , frozen sweet corn is not as sweet as fresh one , so add 1 tsp sugar in batter if prefer
