Very light and quick cake. the simplest and fastest cake, an easy cake to make every day. Ingredients :
3 eggs
110g of sugar (1/2 cup)
100ml oil (3/8 cup)
150ml milk (2/3 cup)
150g ground walnuts or hazelnuts (1 cup + 1/2 cup)
150g all-purpose flour (1 cup+1/4 cup)
3/4 tbsp baking powder (baking powder)11g
24cm mold
Bake 35-40 minutes at 180C
icing sugar for decoration.

I have another silly question.
I've noticed in all your recipes that when you throw the dry ingredients into the wet, you stop using the electric mixer. Why is that? What happens if I use a electric mixer also to mix the wet and the dry ingredients?
Does it do any harm to the cake preparation?
