@@Idekato bubble was the social circle that players were confined to during Covid. They could only play at the rink and go home and couldn’t go see friends and wider family
As someone who grew up practically raised by my grandparents my grandpa didn’t miss a single game or practice if he was still in the city him and uncle showed me the game of hockey and just always made it enjoyable I hope bedard has a long and healthy career his grandfather would be so unbelievably proud of him already
Grandparents are the best man, mine was a carpenter/ woodworker and I learned more helping him on Saturdays as a 11-13 year old, than I did doing an apprenticeship. I just wish I had more time with the man/myth/legend and could still go help him to this day! Currently 25
Great Feature. We are part of the crew with the Pats and at the Hub. Definitely a memorable and emotional moment. As the camera that was close up as Connor pointed up, I remember being like "Holy $#!&", couldn't believe a kid had the presence of mind. The emotion also caught up with the overtime winner, that's why the camera was off and shifted late. Really happy to see this story in full. And thanks for using our work.
Well I am glad they remove the hateful and rude comments. This is the toilet bowl of social media. These trolls like to hide behind their handles because they are miserable and filled with jealousy!
This feels exploitative. It leads off with the TSN voice asking for emotion. Surprised he didn't just flat out ask "hey, are there any stories that will make you cry when you tell them?"
@@CarlWinslow346 Thanks, Carl. By the way, you must have been tickled to see your old buddy Steve Urkel during the second intermission of the Oilers game last night, ha ha

@@thebigfootjuice Bro you are actually embarassing yourself LOL. Connor Bedard is a 70 plus goalscorer and is currently carrying the regina pats in the playoffs. Are you seriously trying to compare yourself to him LMFAO
I couldn't imagine being a then-15 year old kid and losing a family member like that while working within a bubble. That's a very resilient young man.
Boo hooo hooo. Now everyone can chirp him about his dead grampy

This kid is a class act and an amazing ambassador for hockey. At any level.
And he represents Canada well as well

Why are these comments so rude this is the wrong video to be trashing bedard for no reason
Why because it’s about his dead grampy? Who cares. It’s such an unnecessary video anyways.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. Still very sad however
Seems like as with most interviews, you can tell they had spoken about it earlier. The interviewer was "leading" but im sure it was discussed prior

Nope. It was halfway through a World Jr interview talking about pride. I was there. They offered. Beautiful authentic moment.
Can't believe tsn won't air these games? I suppose woman's hockey is more inclusive!😬
Nothin wrong with airing both not sure why it has to be a choice
Glad Pats where taken down today so TSN and others don’t have fresh fodder to drool over. Was a good game though
Sorry
