If Shauna had only apologised to Jackie, then Jackie would have forgiven her, and instantly supported both her and the baby.
Sophie Nelisse's acting was so strong in the scene where Shauna furiously kicks Jackie out of the cabin, and when she finds her frozen body later, she should have been nominated for an Emmy. As was her acting when Shauna learns that her baby was stillborn.
Yup. It's a travesty that she wasn't at least nominated for an Emmy. All of those women from from The White Lotus were nominated but none of them came close to what the Sophies (Nelisse and Thatcher) did on S2 of YJs.
Jackie was always right. Maybe she got lucky that she didn’t have to go through what the others did cause was she was better than all of them. JACKIE SUPREMACY 🙌🏻🙌🏻

It is tragic how Jackie and Shauna’s friendship slowly deteriorated and Shauna is forever haunted that not only did she believe Jackie died thinking Shauna hated her, but also Shauna losing the baby that was the key reason why their friendship fell apart. It’s why she’s a housewife in an unsatisfied family life even though she was clearly smart enough to be something more since she was a 4.0 student and could’ve enrolled in Brown

Sophie Nelisse is an amazing actress. The fact that she hasn't even been nominated for an Emmy for her work on YJs is basically a crime against humanity. Sophie Thatcher also, especially for season two.

Think about how traumatized Shauna had to be thinking about how her last conversation with her supposed best friend went, and knowing she basically killed her by making her sleep outside. She dreamed that she went outside and convinced Jackie to come inside, but of course she didn't have the guts to do that for real. She's a POS.
