Props to your buddy. I've seen too many live Uncle Acid vids on here where the vocals were way too loud. Uncle Acid needs to be mixed with the vocals sitting in the mix as just another instrument.

I've always been a Lil skeptical of this band, have tried to disclaim it as hipster takes of old Beatles meets sleep-on-fire, but man, the more try the more I fail to down these guys. this shit is unique, heavy, captures an old vibe. it's legit. I can see the ladies loving these fancy doom balls but fuk it, let the ladies follow cuz these guys are the real deal. if they can get the sexy style doom gals, more power to all of us hahaha.
chad pfeiffer some of us ladies aren't just following cause it's 'hipster' though... some of us are genuinely huge fans, whether we're 'sexy doom girls' or not... Saw them last night and they were unreal. Music for everyone!

I think the vocals here are fucking splendid. I'm also kind of impressed that they show up with a line-up of heavy bands and resist the temptation to use a wall of amps when they get their sound from combos.

How much was this festival? It has so many good bands.
$275 per ticket and all the shows took place at the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino. It was almost TOO much great music in one weekend.

Harold And The Purple Crayon Mosher here, this crowd was more outgoing than the ones that showed up for Down afterwards.
