tingyun's losing a little bit of value but that's just because for people that have all ruan mei, bronya and sparkle. tingyun might not have a lot of place in their comps anymore due to the three just generally being better
Tingyun ultimate gives 60 energy, if your DPS cast a skill it is equivalent to 30 energy, Sparkle can give advance forward to your DPS. so the 3 turn 60 energy Tingyun can give, is also equivalent to Sparkle's Advance forward too.
