i ran that press for a short bit, my son is the one guiding him even. most lock-ins didn't require moves. They were "nailed" most times. The other 2 presses at BimmRidder were pretty much the same, minor adjustments was all. Dave does a great job taking care of equipment clear down to the tensions and balance of screens. i was timed by my son once on a 8 color job. he gave me 3.5 minutes after the screens were in to have it ready to run. i did it with a few secs to spare using the tri-loc

Well, The print is plastisol, white underbase, second white, and overprint colors. There is a bit of registration there
