I used your coupling nut idea and it worked like a charm, I cant think of an easier or cheaper way of making this required tool "$4" at Home Depot. Recommend bringing in your 19mm socket to make sure you get the right size. Thanks again!
You could have gotten the allen screw out prior to unscrewing the fork tube cap while still under pressure it will break loose without the tool and the make shift extension you made
