    di dire ke SI ! ,manca la testa e nn va bn ,del resto il cameriere e mlt bravo .veloce,pratico e proffesionale ,la posizione del corpo ke e mlt importante ed e qlla giusta ,e nn inclinato sopra il piatto...bravo ragazzo !

      @@ristarantino7598 What side does he serve the fish? Look carefully.Clearly he goes to the right side but zooming in, it looks like its served from the left. I wonder whether the drink and dish is suppose to be served from left side

    shame we dont see this service anymore only at ritz hotel and other high end hotels.
    I have plated fish and have to fillet myself when im in restaurant now.they dont give you empty plate for bones .
