@@parttimetravellingfamily you know Jay, Sacha and Story El Hajj from 8 Miles from Home, Emy and Johann, Andi Eigenmann and her Filipino husband, the list goes on and on 😊
There are thousands of European living in Siargao. It was mentioned by the ambassador of France when she visited the island last November. We were seatmates and I only learned she was the ambassador when she was greeted with banner and police escorts upon arrival at the airport.
You can live on that beautiful Island as you wish, you are very welcome and you will surely have more fun and adventure in the Philippines, Welcome to Paradise.
The Philippines has turned into somewhat like a bloody united nations destination of sorts for foreigners, Brits, Americans, Russians, other Europeans, South Americans you name it. I mean who wouldn't be captivated by the amount of natural beauty the country has to offer and most of all its people who arguably are probably the friendliest most hospitable lot in all of mankind.❤
@@kalambreone3565the tourists in the Philippines are quality tourists and not just quantity. They're land connected so traveling is easy and cheap as compared to the Philippines however tourists in the Philippines tend to spend more and stay more and they are quality tourists not just backpackers
As a father, it’s awesome that you guys spend this much time with the kids at such an age (they grow up fast), these are the sweet cute years. Much better than most of us, busy at work or worse, away due to work
Jay and Sasha of 8 miles from home channel can get you acquainted with Siargao. They are a Brit couple with a lovely child Story that also decided to stay there. Enjoy and stay safe!
Siargao is very beautiful. But if you intend to move there, be sure that your would-be house is built of very strong materials. Very strong typhoons sometimes hit that area.
subscribed! one Filipina in Germany who misses home much! ive been to Siargao with a friend for like 5 yrs ago. now it looks diffrent compared to that time. And it got much more famous globally.
Magpupongko Rock pool, I really enjoyed the warm water, the island vibe, island hopping to Sugba Lagoon, I love Siargao, I was just there few weeks ago and I miss it already.
I just found your channel and absolutely love your vibes and music.. Refreshing !! Look forward to catching up on your previous videos !! Moving there in October myself !! God bless you 3🙏
great video as always. i truly wish you meet with the beautiful 8 Miles from Home family. they live on Siargao and have their own youtube channel. 🙏 thank *YOU* for all that *YOU* do.
Lovely family enjoy your stay in Siargao..there's more to explore in that place and its plenty of tourist staying out there. 8 miles from home were staying there for almost 3 years already they are also from England they have only one daughter name Story 6 years old. They love the island life. Hope you can meet them someday...Amazing Siargao...Stay safe and take care everyone..
it you guys want to now more about siargao in a perspective of a foreigner try asking "Eight Miles from Home" a foreign family now residing in that Island after being lockdown during the pandemic but decided to stay there until now.. their experience will give you hints about living there..
@23:25 You know a housemaid in the Philippines is very cheap. Get a housemaid who can cook and clean your house and wash your clothes. Housemaid does not have to stay in your home and can be scheduled to come twice on a weekday or weekends only. Whenever you want the housemaid to come.
When it comes to food try barbecue Tuna filipinos they cook the big jaw part of it. I like my tuna medium steak. And they also make Tuna sisig ask the chef or cook. If you guys like fish try their version of ceviche or I think they call kilawen, also try fried eggplant, or fried tomato scrambled egg put some cheese on it, they make their own version of omelet. So on.
I live in London but originated from Vigan, Philippines. I’m loving your life style there. My dream to go back one day and retire there and travel the whole country.
New subscriber here😊 ur baby will be an adventorous traveller, soon .very nice family .. love lots from bohol Philippines hope sooneer u will go there also to much beautiful beaches there
Yea been to ElNido a few times the drive from Puerto Princesa to ElNido isn’t worth it. Take the plane directly to ElNido if you can it will save you 7 hrs of roller coaster bumpy ride and a few heart pounding moments. I remember our driver being so carelessly fast I swear I was praying to all the gods to not die or kill someone on the road. We passed by many school zones with kids on the side too. Mind you that 7 hr drive you cannot relax at all since it is windy and bumpy. I don’t mind a ride like this for an hr but for 7 hrs it is insane.
That would be nice to have a 2nd Homebase in the PI for your family. You can have it rented in when you are both home in the UK.Besides Philippines is not very far away from other Asian Countries ,and also a conveniently short distance flight. Your little boy is so adorably cute. He is like little Indiana Jones finding little things on the beach. I laughed hard when he found that sunglasses thought it was yours. Ty!
A very important tip in the Philippines: do not skimp on travel costs. Especially when it's just a difference of a few thousand pesos (less than a hundred dollars). Get the more expensive options always. They're more expensive for a very good reason: because they're far less stressful. LOL The cheap ones are just for us locals who already know the drill, or for the more adventurous types. This applies for buses, boats, planes, etc.
Guys kermit Italian restaurant in Siargao Philippines 🇵🇭 is the best Pizza 🍕 in the Philippines 🇵🇭 Have more fun in that island 🏝️ and you can stay for good! The eight mile you tuber has been residing in that island Siargao Thanks for sharing God bless.

It sure is! What a wonderful place! 🖤

I only hope future generations of Filipinos would still find Siargao amazing unlike Boracay.
