Oh thank you - no it has another reason - I had IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) and I looked like 10 pounds more in the evening for the last 5 years and also the rest of my body suffered.. But since some months I am healthy 🙏🏼And slowly my body is regenerating and I'm getting a bit more definition
@@chica.bonita5 my youngest daughter struggles with this same exact ailment. Terrible thing to try and live a healthy and full life all the while knowing it can strike at any moment. I would say young lady you have the balance figured out as you truly look the picture of health.
