Hiiii! Last month we were able to compete in the 11th Southeast Asian Karate Federation in Bangkok. I was able to prepare well and invest in my nutrition in the hopes of making up for last year's loss. I have enjoyed every. match and I am grateful to take home the bronze medal in the individual kata. More to come!
