    I am making my entire C-Suite listen to this ahead of our Quarterly meeting on April 2. This way we can go into our meeting knowing how to cut the drama of the last quarter and get serious good work done. I swear by your podcasts. I am loving this format, and so happy for this content.     How do you tell the difference between reality based leadership and a subtle narcissistic leader? I realize my drama and work through it, but struggle knowing what kind of leadership structure I am in.
