In this video you will see how to grill whole chicken in rotisserie microwave at home. Cooking time is 45 min to 1 hour depending on the size of chicken. Befire that you have to marinate it. To see the whole process please watch the video till the end.
Ingredients
Whole Chicken(चिकन)=1(maximum 1200gm)
Yogurt( दही)=4tabs
Cumin powder( जीरा पाउडर)=1tsp
Kashmir mirch( कश्मीरी मिर्च) =2tsp
Garm masala( गरम मसाला)=1tsp
Tandoori masala( तंदूरी मसाला)=1tsp
Ginger garlic paste( अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)=2tsp
Turmeric ( हल्दी)=1/2tsp
Coriander powder( धनिया पाउडर) =1tsp
Kasoori methi( कसूरी मेथी)1tsp
Lemon juice( नींबू का रस)=2tabs
Mustard oil( सरसों का तेल)=2tabs
Chaat masala( चाट मसाला)=1/2tsp
Salt to taste ( नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
Butter as required ( मक्खन जरूरत के अनुसार)

Pata nahi probably skin jal jati hogi jisse chicken ke andar wala part kaccha rehta hoga dont know the exact reason tho 😄
