it is kind of an up and down thing with the boxes. However, once you find a good place, expect to pay money for them and stick with them. I hope that helps.
Stacy, I have a big story about that bracelet!! But I never got to tell the story on that video. Maybe will on the next one. Thanks for the compliment.
At 28:59, the black/silver bead necklace might be black coral rather than onyx or obsidian. I thought I saw a gold-look sheen on some of those beads. Not sure what Miss Prissy would show 🤔. Lovely piece❣️
Hello Debra. Thanks so so much my friend. Miss Prissy said it tested higher than Onyx and is not as shiny as onyx. Miss Prissy shows me glass when I test coral. Great thinking though. Like I said, I'll check with that loupe again. xoxo
What a beautiful lot Chery!!! I love your videos and always learn something new from you, ty!!! Mt. Is cold and I'm not ready for the frigged weather, but as they say ready or not-----!!!!❤😊
Hi Gabrielle. I do too. However, when I think of how much I knew about jewelry just a few short years ago, which is zero, I can understand how family members or whoever turns in the pieces just don't know what they have. But the thrift stores have x-ray machines for metal. So, they know how to find most of the real gold pieces. But they can't find everything!
Hi Janette. I did check that name and she seems to do gold tone vintage with some stones here and there. I didn't see anything with sterling silver. And her name tags have more than just Mimi on them. But thank you!! I got to learn about this designer that you mentioned. Such helpful kind info.
I see what you mean about that maker. But they seem to be using a lot of Platinum and diamonds. I'll keep an eye out though. Thanks so much for taking the time to be so helpful. Much appreciated.
Red diamonds? No. I did not know that. Is there something you see in the video that I need to go back and check? If so, please send me the timestamp. I appreciate it so much!!
Great question Janette. I just googled, Obsidian mohs hardness, and it said 5-6. If I had taken time during the video I would have googles the hardness then used that as my guide. The black stones might very well be onyx. But again, they tested higher than onyx. I hope my clues are helpful to you in the future. Are you in my Facebook group? If not, you are very welcome to join. I think it would be fun.
@ I’m most likely going to wait until New Years before wearing this beauty. With all the illness and death in my family I have experienced these past couple of months, our thanksgiving as a family will be very different this year. I hope you have a wonderful holiday Cheri and I’m hoping to see some pictures of your beautiful side of our country soon!💞Frieda
Hello Renee. I was probably not more than a pound. The cost.. probably about $135 plus fees plus shipping... total about $180. Hope you get just want you are looking for.
Renee, Deception...to state something that is not true, typically in order to gain some personal advantage. There are no mysteries on Goodwill e-commerce sites...they are public domain. Many forthright re-sellers are not threatened by honestly disclosing the location of their purchase & their cost. This Lot closed at auction for $33.88 + $4.50 Handling (all GW sites set a charge) + Shipping of just less than $15.00. I agree. I love these lots! How did I manage to go an hour with less jewelry? Hehe
The only Mimi I've seen on jewelry is Mimi di n, or Mimi di Niscemi of Italy. I dont know , might be worth checking out. Love your channel!

@@BlessedBaublesI saw her name on a different piece of Jewelry that looks like the same signature of the name Mimi.
Could that maker be Mimi So NYC? If so, that piece is quite exclusive. It certainly looks like it.
Super!! I'll take a look right now. The piece did sell very fast.
I see what you mean about that maker. But they seem to be using a lot of Platinum and diamonds. I'll keep an eye out though. Thanks so much for taking the time to be so helpful. Much appreciated.
You do know there are multiple red diamonds. Most are vintage.❤⚜️🙏❤️

Does Obsidian read in the glass range? I have trouble with all the black stones.

ok, thank you very very much.
@@BlessedBaubles love your videos.
I think her name is Mimi Di N.
Thanks for this. There was not too much out there for her. Your info really helps.
Sort of resembles a little kitty 🐈⬛ face?😊
which piece? I'll think of it later and be like... oh! that's what she mean. lol
My crystal necklace is not rock,it’s just as beautiful though,if I recall it was $75:00,so about half of this beauty❤🎉😊
It really is gorgeous Frieda. Are you really waiting until Christmas to wear it? Or are you wearing it early? Hehe. Hard to wait.
