Do you like these gear/setup videos? Or should are they horrible and I should give up and just stick to making OBS videos because that’s all I’ll ever be good at wahhhh not me being insecure and fishing for compliments on the internet uwu
I like them! I am not usually in the market to upgrade my gear, but I love seeing what's out there, and frankly you're entertaining enough to carry pretty much any type of content.
The DJI system has a charging case with a more conveniently placed USB-C charging port, the ability to plug in a proper lavaliere mic, the individual units are lightweight, a range of nearly 300 feet, the ability to control Tx and Rx gain from the Rx, and each unit has an internal memory so that you can record a safety track in case the connection with the Rx is lost. Yes, it's more expensive than the Hollyland, but those features (the recording ability alone!) is worth the extra money.
Wow 🤩 I’m impressed with the noise suppression and audio clarity etc. they are decently priced and a great product for the entrepreneurial Techtuber or vlog’er etc come with a vg feature set imo 🥰💪👍🤩. Great product find and review once again Nutty 🥰👍🥳
I bought the C1 a few months ago and it is a really nice system. Just yesterday I used them for a cooking stream and took some time to actually EQ the mic and set the gain appropriately and I was really happy with the sound. I dont really care for how muted they sound when clipped to my shirt so I just put it on the boom arm of my headset and it was an almost seamless experience. I am excited for where this kind of tech goes in the future. I am getting the Rodecaster Pro 2 soon so I might just go for the Rode system when I feel the need to upgrade but for now this is a very good budget system!
Legit the only video on the internet answering to the question either this type of mics can be used as a regular PC mic. And this coming from a guy who didn't want to review mics in the first place lol Thank you!
I have been using the Lark M1 for the past three months and it's been great at times and terrible at others. There is no app like with the phone-specific models so you only have the three levels of gain on the receiver and no control on the mic. Worse there is no way to see what the gain is set to. I have found it to be VERY peak'y for me. To be fair I speak very loudly... so I'm told. My wife who does not speak loudly does live streams with me and we don't have issues with her sound levels. To get decent sound quality I have to wear it about breast level, facing down and in.
@@nuttylmao I don't run it off of a camera but directly into my PC recording through OBS Studio. But still the levels there are not the issue. I've done extensive testing with this and I'm hitting the peak on the mic itself, even before it makes it to the PC/Camera.
Every time I see you I think of the guy in the first Mortal Kombat movie. Very similar but much younger. 😂 Love your videos. Keep up the excellent videos….. and please don’t steal my soul. 👻👻👻
YOU'RE LITERALLY THE ONLY SOURCE, AFTER SEARCHONG FOR 2 HOURS ONLINE, TO SEE IF THE TYPE C VERSION ALONE CAN RECORD DIRECTLY TO YOUR PC. THANK YOU SO MUCH. LIKED AND SUBBED.
For the M1, can you plug an external power supply, so you can add to say your streaming camera, then remove for when doing vlogs? Sounds pretty damn good. Might be the perfect solution for my streams.
I am curious as to how well the noise cancelation would filter out background music if you were doing an IRL stream somewhere that there was some copywrited music in the background. I know it will not do any loud music but If it can filter out some of the softer music and help to avoid DMCA then that would be really helpful . And BTW I love the gear/setup videos. I hope you keep doing more.
Can you put a link in the comments, to that adapter in your video, Nutty? (I just ordered both mic types and I wanted to make sure I got an adapter that is proven to work)
Comparing that to the RODE wireless systems, that sounds way too expensive. If you got the Go II Single kit, that is cheaper than the C1 and sounds much better. Or using the RODE Wireless ME.
Love your content Nutty. I don't think these are a good buy: I don't like the audio quality, I'd be willing to bet it does require drivers for PC although Windows/MAC auto-installs it, and personally I don't see any meaningful reason to buy these over the DJI Mic.
i think the best wireless system right now in this range is the dji wireless mics...i have the rode wireless go II and the dji just was so much more functional...but then got stolen so im forced to go back to the rode ...for now
I have been looking for a well-designed, affordable wireless microphone for game commentary and voice calls ever since I realised that a Saramonic BTW is not suitable for audio quality. I think it's because of bluetooth HFP which according to wikipedia samples, on a good day, at a whopping 16kHz… yea that's not even CD quality. I don't think it uses A2DP, but it could be other software issues. Anyways, I'm getting one of these.
Would be a cooler product... I I couldn't already do this since my entire 50 year old life. Right out of the gate I already get "this is for clueless people" vibes.
Hey Nutty, love your content, thank you man. I have to warn you tho, it's actually illegal to use those windows licenses, ofc nobody gonna do anything about users who use those keys, but im worried if advertasing it might be bad for you.
hey nutty I don't care about your video I just have a problem with my PC or streamer bot or whatever and I can't ask the question to google because... anyways I need you to hop on a call with me WHILE I am streaming to help me fix it because my 2 viewers stream is super important and I have to keep streaming no matter what (I love gear reviews are you kidding me. Keep being you!)
what bother me it's the way to charge it, from the bottom.... argh horrible. The box is TOO BIG too. But it looks SICK, if i find it in Taiwan i'll go buy it to check it But still NOT AVIABLE In the advertisment on amazon they show the mic...a long time and at NO MOMENT you hear the sound from it... weird for a mic advertisment...
It's considerably smaller than other dual transmitter/single receiver cases but yeah, there are other more compact single transmitter options that probably do just as good of a job for cheaper.
Do you like these gear/setup videos? Or should are they horrible and I should give up and just stick to making OBS videos because that’s all I’ll ever be good at wahhhh not me being insecure and fishing for compliments on the internet uwu
I like them! Understanding hardware in relation to streaming is just as important as the software side of things imo
Keep it up Nutty! Hardware is a part of the streaming process and your reviews are fun to watch and your perspectives are great.
Nutty. All of your videos are absolutely gas. I've not only watched through most of them, but I've continually referenced and recommended you.
Tech videos are always fab

Thanks homie! Was actually looking at some wireless choices recently and this helped out a lot!
0:40 Sweden! I learn so much thank you

Best review of this mic by far!!! Thanks
Legit the only video on the internet answering to the question either this type of mics can be used as a regular PC mic.

Be sure to set your gain levels appropriately on your camera too.

I really love your honesty and humor 🤣🤣
Love my lark150 from Hollyland. It’s dual with the case and has lav mics you can plug in as well
Thanks for the vid 👍.
Love your vids nutty! Is there anyway a twitch redeem can take a photo/snapshot of your cam on stream that you can edit with a funny overlay?
Thank you for the test. ^^
Every time I see you I think of the guy in the first Mortal Kombat movie. Very similar but much younger. 😂
Love your videos. Keep up the excellent videos…..
and please don’t steal my soul. 👻👻👻
Hey Nutty review the Anker ones I would like to know what you think 😅
YOU'RE LITERALLY THE ONLY SOURCE, AFTER SEARCHONG FOR 2 HOURS ONLINE, TO SEE IF THE TYPE C VERSION ALONE CAN RECORD DIRECTLY TO YOUR PC.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. LIKED AND SUBBED.
0:07 Okay, can you not stab me directly in my heart? 😢
I own these and they are great because of their size. The rode ones look too big on camera. Great review btw
does the C1 ios version can also use a lightning to usb cable and plug into pc to recognizkng the mic aswell?🙏 nice and very good video!
I don't have that version so I can't tell you.
Hey nutty. What’s your take on Twitchs new announcement? Not good news at all.
I literally don't care. I'm tired of streamer news tbh lol.
If I use usb c to usb a connector for PC will i recognise other than obs application in desktop microphone settings
For the M1, can you plug an external power supply, so you can add to say your streaming camera, then remove for when doing vlogs? Sounds pretty damn good. Might be the perfect solution for my streams.
Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.
that's the US site i think
While still annoying, you might be able to install Bluestacks on PC, which is an android simulator, and then control the USB receiver form your PC?
I doubt it and even if it works, I'm not doing all that lmao
so u can use the c1 with pc. U can do the same with M1?
Lol im waiting for this answer

I wouldn't recommend it. I was not sold on the noise cancellation performance.
If I wasn't still rocking a 4-5 year old Blue Snowball I would've felt really targeted the first 15 seconds here lmao 🤣
Wow Sweden …. Had me pissing myself laughing sooooo hard 😅😂🤣😅😂🤣
i have a question how is this mic perform outside in windy weather?
The only thing I wish is that this system allowed add on - so I could interview multiple peopl eat the same time!
Can you put a link in the comments, to that adapter in your video, Nutty? (I just ordered both mic types and I wanted to make sure I got an adapter that is proven to work)
I use a wireless set up for PS5 chat while on stream. Great idea.
Synco has pretty good quality and great range/battery life
This is perfect for me. I've been looking for something this.I can just use a adapter to connect to my RCP2
If I use usb c to usb a connector for PC will i recognise other than obs application in desktop microphone settings
nice 👀👀
wait til you find out the hyperx cloud mix buds are wireless earbuds, and the mic may be trash quality but goddamn the simplicity is perfect
$315 for the C1 on AU Amazon, $239 for the M1. they look pretty good and i think the audio sounded good, but as he said, depends on your needs.
I'm positive you can get very similar products for far cheaper elsewhere but yeah.

Would I be able to do streaming on my pc and my phone with these wireless microphones?
Stop forcing me!!! (good review, btw :) )
ohhhh i've been thinking about this but not sure what to get.. thanks!
Meanwhile I have a $30 USB mic and a $12 mic arm and people say it sounds real good.
i think the best wireless system right now in this range is the dji wireless mics...i have the rode wireless go II and the dji just was so much more functional...but then got stolen so im forced to go back to the rode
...for now
Into the future we go... Let's go wireless :)

Anyways, I'm getting one of these.
"400 dollar mic for 3 viewer stream"
Looks at my tube-mic and preamp with 2 viewers 😶🌫️
Don't be disappointed, the more expensive your gear, the better you will be as a streamer 🙃
LOL! Sounds great!....
ITS PROMOTED TO BE A CELL PHONE MIC BUT I WANNA USE IT FOR MY PC AND THEN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE STUFF THAT DOESNT WORK IMFAO
Would be a cooler product... I I couldn't already do this since my entire 50 year old life. Right out of the gate I already get "this is for clueless people" vibes.
No idea wtf you just said homie
👍
nice

Don’t tell my mom I’m not sleeping…
*mumbles* ...laser beams. Got it.
Why are you forcing me to buy this!? I don't want it!
Okay
hey nutty I don't care about your video I just have a problem with my PC or streamer bot or whatever and I can't ask the question to google because... anyways I need you to hop on a call with me WHILE I am streaming to help me fix it because my 2 viewers stream is super important and I have to keep streaming no matter what

yow Jollibee lol
wow Sweden lol
Now do the DJI mic!
Ehh, not super interested in buying more mics. I just made a video on this one because I had it.
Sweden😂😂

Sounds like you are sitting in closet!😅
Price is too high, I thought this is something around 80-90€ but not 200 bucks
