It helps that Yugi has now become a superior version of Atem, which the pharaoh himself proudly recognized when Yugi beat him. Even Kaiba begrudingly comes to accept that. It helps that Yugi isn't bogged down by the pride, arrogance, and obsessive need to win that Atem suffered from (see Yugi vs Kaiba in Duelist Kingdom and in the anime-only Yugi vs Raphael).
I will never get over how Yugi gets shafted on HIS DECK from the movie and just gives it to Téa instead. (I’m mostly referring to skills and some voice lines I think it’s fine she also uses the magician girls)
I nearly lost it when I first saw that she had lines with magician girl cards, but then I remembered the fact her ace in the game was dark magician girl so it was understandable

And if even Kazuki Takahashi himself consistently pushes for them, to the point of saying they will be together, married even, after she returns from NY, then we can rest assured. It's like with Yusei and Aki. It's pretty clear Yusei KNOWS what Aki's feelings are and reciprocates, without the need for them to say anything, let alone kiss (onscreen, anyway). Judai and Asuka don't even get such a moment, Yuma and Kotori come at a slightly farther third, and Yuya and Yuzu come at an even more distant fourth. Yuusaku and Aoi...sadly is not a thing at all, no matter how much we wished it was.

Glad we don't have to wait on new lines for Anzu like we do with Yugi. But I hope Tea gets to rerecord her lines at some point. The recording quality sounds off compared to everyone else. Love having more voice lines for Anzu. Dancing and friendship cards are a nice touch. Looking forward to DSoD versions of characters that didn't get a lot of voice lines in DM. (like Bakura)

They're blue in the manga. I think the first few episodes of the anime got them wrong as well as the DM version in Duel Links. See the series and the DSOD movie.
