Hi, and thanks for this video. Apart from the retail changes you mentioned, can you share what would be the benefits of purchasing in this community vs. North River Ranch five minutes down the street, which is being touted as the next Lakewood Ranch? Thank you in advance!
I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.❤

Thanks so much for taking the time do these videos! Where did you find the info about the proposed storage facility at 301/62? Trying to understand when/if they’ll hold a public hearing on this commercial property development. Couldn’t find anything yet in the Planning Commission or BOCC agenda/meeting minutes for recent months.

We heard that another developer is developing the land south of crosswind point. According to Crosswind CDD they do not own that land. The other developer is calling the land “crosswinds south”
The 34 acres JUST closed. Their “amendment” or change to their plans called for an addition of 34 acres of residential. Call it what you will, but that parcel is 34 acres..
Yeah it’s going to be a gated 55+ community
@@growingupharrison the gated 55+ is del web going into the ranch side. But maybe the South of West Bay as well. They had a questions and answer meeting on Valentines Day (at dinner time), construction by that builder has to come in through Crosswind Point because Cemetery Road is not wide enough.
@@DenseCloudzyes, that small parcel will be gated 55+. It was discussed at the last CDD meeting last week. Ranch sold a portion of land to Mattamy. They will have access to Point and Ranch amenities and vice versa. The gated community will not share amenities with either

Are there any plans for higher end neighborhoods anywhere in Parrish these days? such as $1-$2 mil? I feel like Parrish is all the same price points for the new builds these days... $400-$750k feels like 95% of what's building. No higher end..

@@YourRealtorGal yes, definitely know about The Islands but the custom builders are wanting insane prices to build. We have checked them out. Obviously great location. Other than that, there’s really nothing else.

@@batsonandrew Did you look in Twin Rivers? Larger homesites, around a 1/2 acre
or larger. There are two available lots. Maronda is an approved builder, they aren't as expensive as a John Cannon, Lee Worthington Etc. However, you will notice the quality difference. There are many resale homes on the market. The Reserve at Twin Rivers is Medallion homes, this is gated and 800k+.
Most of the communities in Parrish will offer a variety of price points/size homes etc. they want to appeal to as many buyers as possible.
