My cameras home/set looking spot is broken, how do I change this, I tried changing the ptz home etc and nothing works, cameras staring at a fucking wall loool
I've been trying to figure this out for a long time and even the genetic technicians don't know how to do it. How do I get dual screens and be able to open two tabs at the same time on two separate monitors.
hello i have workstation genetec system by use only for ip cameras through that system i connected 2 display and i want different cameras layout on each monitor in genetec security desk anyone knows ? pl clarify
-Create a new Monitoring Task. -Arrange the tiles as you want to add a camera to each tile that you need. -Right click on the tab at the top of the tile and choose Save. -Make it Public or Private. -Do this for each different layout you need for as many monitors as you need. -Open each separate Task in a separate Monitor -Once all monitors are populated as per your requirement you could right-click on any tab and choose "Save as Layout". This arrangement should open by default each time you start Security Centre. A little late but hope this helps.

How do you rearrange the folders into a alphabetical order?
How do I look up camera password in genetec? I did the report export thingy but no luck
