Technically an American is, by definition, any resident of the large continents located within the Western Hemisphere. Colloquially, what makes someone an "American" (technically a U.S. citizen) is simply attaining U.S. citizenship.
One needn't even be a citizen though to assert the 1st amendment right to declare, "Death to America, Death to Israel". So even though the students have every right to chant that, I have yet to come across anyone with video of any campus protester actually saying that.

The word "American" does not appear in the U.S. Constitution. "Citizen" appears 41 times and citizenship is defined in the 14th Amendment. Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Given that students from the world over attend U.S. universities, there may be many among these cohorts whose citizenship is abroad. However, anyone within the boundaries of the U.S. and its territories has the 1st amendment right to declare, "Death to America, Death to Israel", a chant which has been falsely attributed to smear the campus protesters.

How many other seals depict gods and which gods do they depict?

My parents have been believing sharia law exists in Michigan for at least a decade.... I remember them freaking out about it when I was in highschool in 2010. I don't think they even know what it is.... We live in Tennessee and the education system has basically always been broken in this state.

The first amendment was written SPECIFICALLY for talking shit about the government. It wasn't put there so you can talk about which brand of truck is better. It was put there so you can say that what the government is doing is wrong and not go to prison for it. It's not for talking shit about your neighbor, it's for talking shit about the president. To say that it's anti-American and you should lose your right to free speech for speaking up is the opposite of what it's for. THAT is what makes you a true American. So the argument of who classifies as an American, is not just completely flawed, it is also a moot point as one's citizenship isn't factored in when establishing who the constitution protects...it protects citizens and non-citizens alike (a *fact,* regardless of one's opinion on the matter). 🇺🇸

The First Amendment has two provisions concerning religion: the Establishment Clause and the Free Exercise Clause. The Establishment clause prohibits the government from "establishing" a religion.
It also guarantees the right to assembly as well as redress grievances. We all know they want to limit actual speech and the press that is critical of them.
So they don't seem to be in favor of any of the 5 protections the 1st amendment affords.

So wrong, if you were born on US soil, or even if you were born outside the US to US citizens (and they chose US Citizenship for you), then you are a US citizen - whether or not you choose to live by the constitution or not. The US government, and any other government such as Canada, Japan or Australia - will also say you are a US citizen.
