I had sleep paralysis many times recently. But I believe it has nothing to do with spirits and all. I asked a doctor and he said it is due to stress and tension of the day, which should be reflected in our dreams but due to some reason, our eyes are opened because our body wants to avoid that dream. I stopped my works in the weekend and I took complete rest but I didn't get any sleep paralysis. Then I realized that the doctor was correct.
Really our brain is an amazing and the most mysterious thing....

I have been going through sleep paralysis so many times.. evil spirits hurt me mentally physically and emotionally. These spirits were fed by an old man which my father brought him years ago.he was doing black magic. My family is destroyed by these spirits..Iam alive today due to my staunch believe in lord Vishnu and Hanuman ji.. everyday I fight with these spirits mentally.. reciting Hanuman Chalisa and crying on lord Vishnu for his mercy, and blessings. I have experienced something weird recently. My room AC was working and it was April where the heat in Mumbai is bad. I was unable to sleep. So I came down to my car N started to AC N slept. This was around midnight. After about 2-2.5 hrs, the car got very cold so I put off AC N put off car also. I also had my security sleeping near the gate and the gate was closed so I did not think it was risky. After sometime I suddenly felt something tapping at the windows, going around the car. I saw a shadow but could not move my body nor any sound was coming from my mouth even when I was trying. Suddenly my driver side door opened slightly N I again saw the shadow. I was very scared as I could only move my eyes N nothing else. I have a murti of entire bholenath on the dashboard - bholenath, matarani, kartikeya and ganapati bappa. I just looked at the Murti N in my mind just started praying. N suddenly the door closed N I fell asleep. I woke up after a short while and when I saw the time it was 4.17am. N I was normal and able to move. I just touched the feet of the Murti and thanked that I was all fine. I never told anyone as I know all will laugh. But I know N trust it was God who saved me that day although I still don't know what that thing was!

I used to have sleep paralysis but no shadow man. But their was a figure( a women, most likely). It even tried to stick to my body. It leaned on my body and I could feel it's weight. I forced myself up from my sleep.
Same thing happened with me few years back.. My eyes opened in mid night n i saw someone black shadow, tall and bulky shadow like a man, and i wanted to move myself but i couldn't, n i saw that shadow slowly came near me touched my head, i could feel the long 3 fingered hand on my head n it just passed into the wall behind me and sudfenly i could move my body.. Iam 500% sure it was not my dream n illudion but noone believed me

It happened few times, when i was in a deep sleep, suddenly i woke up terrified and scared to my death... sweating for no reason. My husband and ny kid was sleeping right next to me but I couldnt even move to wake them up or ask for help.

Believe me i have gone through ( sleeping paralysis) worst i used to feel like somebody poking my private part and i used to feel the pain in after feeling the pain in sleep my eyes used to open but i couldn't see anybody and can still feel the pain for sometime and once when i had slept in day time and rooms light was on i saw some black Shadow marching around my body when i was in sleep and once i heard some kind of chant when i was attack in sleep then after some prayer things been stop but when i came back my hometown it started again and i had been attacked recently but i read some Quranic dua's which helps me lot in this situation i cant believe in science explanation after going through personally. And believe me its demonic attack but sure it can't kill me what story i heard here its call black magic
