Dear , Modi sir......According to me NRI people are Contributing to the Inflation of Real Estate....The NRI people earn 4 times more salary when compared to salary in India. And all the money they save will be invested in Indian land and House purchase......And this Purchase will be done in Market price which will be a huge loss in TAX money to Govt.....And the Middle class people living and Earning in India will not be able to Compete with these prices which has been Inflated by NRI people...So lot of Middle class people of India will only dreaming to own the House and thier dreams will never come true.. So please stop appeasement of NRI . They left India due to thier own selfish needs ...Then why we should appease them .....
