      I just don't understand why they can't keep things simple like they do with JLR... The whole idea is to keep things simple and elegant, it actually works with harrier....
      Even from the side, nexon now looks like bigger tata altroz... The problem with the rear is the rear connected lights...
      Front is great but rear is just big no... Better than old nope, they are just hiding the colors that made old nexon pop out..
      Tata punch has the best rear and there's a reason why it's selling so much... It's simple boxy design that will age well..

    This is going to be the best option under 25L budget.🔥
    The new looks and features will make the neighbours feel jealous for sure and can become the instant gossip masala and overall, makes the ownership experience at par with imported cars. So, worth it!
    The 3-Cyl petrol engine may have a Tempo/Autorickshaw level of vibrations after a couple of years BUT only fools buy cars based on engines. This is the era of feature and sunroof enthusiasts.💯
    Germans should start importing Tata/Mahindra engines now and try to learn something from it. They can atleast learn marketing strategies for sure.
    Waise bhi AC chala ke sadak kinare sharaab peene ke liye engine ka zyada kya hi kaam.❤
    And buying local product is pure nationalism and is equivalent to fighting for the country so there is a factor of pride that comes along with it, especially when it is bought on bank loan as it boosts economy and contributes to nation's growth as well.

    Hi Yogi Sir, Great car review....as always....well detailed and truly highlighting all the pros and cons.
    1 minor correction - Tata' upcoming 1.2l turbo GDI engine would still be 3 cylinder ( u mentioned it as 4 cylinder at around 6:58), 1.5 GDI would be 4 Cylinder.

      @@keepingitsimple8705 Hyundai and Kia calling as TGDI is not their own name. Its just a general technology about that turbo engine, its common for all turbo director injection engines, some brand like vw skoda having their own name as TSI, like as now tata naming

    7:15 Agree that there are some buttons which should remain physical and tactile for emergency situations. Touch buttons require attention and operating them can cause distraction.

      100% Agree, emergency button should be physical and not the capacitive touch based, because touch buttons needs electric pulse/charge from human finger to respond, suppose if anyone have bandage on their finger or have rubber glove on their hands, what will happen then?

    I have 1st Gen Nexon D bought in 2017. I have also driven face lift version and felt way better fit and finish and now this new one must have even better one.

      That's because the front of old Nexon is copied from Range Rover, and of course the Range Rovers look amazing from the front.
      However, as the design is getting more evolved to cool DRLs and slim lines (that is what all the Chinese SUVs are running behind now). and now TATA brings the trend to India too.
      See, every other car will start changing the front and rear to add slim lines and long DRLs.

In their earlier paid videos he even didn't mentioned about fit and finish, ticket holder etc that minutly... So clearly it was angryness of not getting paid by TATA...       Bhai ab fit nd finish achi nahi hai toh nahi hai..aur tata me problems toh hain bhai.. isliye log prefer nahi karte hainn...app kitna b desh ka loha desh ka loha bol lo ...usse sales figure pe asar nahi padta ...exterior interior sab baad me aata hai..gaadi sirf aur sirf engine ke bharose pe chalti hai...aur usme v tata abhi v bahot peeche hai....toh bhai tata ko thoda sochna chahye....

    I thought you will definitely give credit to Tata for this wonderful car. But you are uneceesarily pointing out irrelevant things which is not even the case like fit and finish, engine noise. Their BS6 ph2 turbo petrol engines are both refined now (negligible noise) and powerful. Also for your information their upcoming 1.2L TGDI is 3 cylinder not 4, which also you will criticize for sure when it will come to Curv.

      My cousin has old brezzaa which ran 2,00,000+ kms which is a good as new. My friends 50k ran tiago has hell lot of problems and really bad service. please rent a nexon and just live with it for few days before buying

    Thank you for such a detailed and honest review 👏
    One very important thing is missing in this review especially regarding a diesel powertrain
    After RDE phase 2 norms do we still get a DPF installed in catalytic converter (which is a nightmare , and 100% not recommended for people who drive very less specially in city , DPF regeneration will kill you , I personally owned Ecosport 2021 diesel with DPF and I sold it for one reason irritating DPF regeneration cycles )
    Likewise Creta now have introduced Adblu Protruding insert with a diesel filling knob which is like 12 litres )
    Do we also get here in this facelift Nexon or the same old DPF in caralytic converter

They obtained the car from someone who was invited and decided to remove the number plate provided by Tata Motors and cover up the serial number with white film. They did not want to get caught, so they made comments using another email account to make themselves appear unbiased and good. If anyone is reading this, please like so that people like this person get exposed. It seems that they prefer Hyundai and Suzuki over Indian brands.

      Still that car has ticked boxes in all the compartments, say it the engine or the fit and Finish. Whereas fit and finish is not we could associate Nexon about! So I am not sure what would you do with proportions!

      Firstly, I have noticed that every automotive channel that was officially invited by Tata Motors has a video embargo, yet your channel does not. Can you explain why this is the case?
      Secondly, I am curious as to why you removed the number plate that was provided by Tata Motors for the official test drive.
      Thirdly, I noticed that you covered up the serial number of the vehicle that was present in the back window of the car with white paper. Can you explain why this was done?
      Fourthly, how can you be so certain that the petrol engine and DCT gearbox will be the same as the Altroz when you were not present at the launch event and have not driven a single kilometer?
      Lastly, I have noticed what appears to be biased in your reporting. For example, you mentioned that Kia and Hyundai provide electrically adjustable seats, but you did not mention that Tata is the only car company in this segment that provides ventilated seats.     Dear vikas, you described nicely both sides of tata nexon new facelift. i am driving TATA Nexon 2020 facelift Petrol. almost derived 60k in 3 years and also hill journey upto 14000 feet but feel little power lacking if you are in 4th gear at 1000 rpm, but above 1500 rpm it climbs smoothly.

      you should never be in 1000 rpm in 4th gear, that is just bad driving.... keep it above 1500 on uphill.. This is character of all turbo engines.

      It appears that this person is expressing their frustration towards Tata Motors because they were not invited to their official test drive. They obtained the car from someone who was invited and decided to remove the number plate provided by Tata Motors and cover up the serial number with white film. They did not want to get caught, so they made comments using another email account to make themselves appear unbiased and good. If anyone is reading this, please like so that people like this person get exposed. It seems that they prefer Hyundai and Suzuki over Indian brands.

      But idk why we Indians have made our standards low.! _Chalta hai_ behaviour of us should be change.
      We should criticize the poor safety ratings of Maruti or any other car manufacturer, as well as the some quality & refinement issues we find in Tata.
      TATA is doing great in safety ratings, & I will say every car manufacturer like Maruti, Hyundai should learn from them. But their are also flows in TATA, & we shouldn't ignore them just because its a Indian brands.
      I'm not a TATA or Maruti hater, but I hate poor things no matter where they're coming from.

      What I found interesting about his video was some of the points like the panel gap, the sun visor adjustment etc. One could chalk the former to media vehicle and not expect it in the customer product.
      All of these are fixable. That being said, it was refreshing to see someone point out issues like this.
      Most review sites share very very tempered criticism.

      @@binuv Firstly, I have noticed that every automotive channel that was officially invited by Tata Motors has a video embargo, yet his channel does not. Can you explain why this is the case? No one released video expected him??
      Secondly, I am curious as to why you removed the number plate that was provided by Tata Motors for the official test drive.
      Thirdly, I noticed that he covered up the serial number of the vehicle that was present in the back window of the car with white paper. Can you explain why this was done?
      Fourthly, how can you be so certain that the petrol engine and DCT gearbox will be the same as the Altroz when you were not present at the launch event and have not driven a single kilometer?
      Lastly, I have noticed what appears to be biased in his reporting. For example, he mentioned that Kia and Hyundai provide electrically adjustable seats, but he did not mention that Tata is the only car company in this segment that provides ventilated seats. Can you please explain why this bias exists and address the concerns of those who feel that his reporting is unfair?

      2nd - while I agree with you and appreciate you stepping up to inform everyone (including me) of the suspicion around this review, we can’t deny the right this person has to share his (right or wrong/bias or unbiased) opinion. Just like you and I have the right to respond/comment.
      If people do enough of the right thing the system will pick it up and self correct.
      I sense you are a fan of TM. As am I. Irrespective of this review a fan can be critical of the brand for it to be better - should they feel or see the need to be. I suspect your response is well intentioned. I know I will look at reviews ever more closely going forward. Thank you for that.

    Decent review but the frustration displayed by the reviewer over few quality issues felt over the top. Could have been handled in a better way just like the same reviewer does for other well established brands. Yup, the locking mechanism was broken (at 9:00) and he could have mentioned the same as to why there was so much of flex in that panel. Now did the locking mechanism break due to poor quality issue or due to mishandling or deliberate, lets leave it for some other day. The sun visor not staying straight when pulled to the side, that could have come as a scope of improvement, that is not exactly a quality issue. The very minor alignment issue of that small sheet panel just above the steering and below the speedo console....man! that was just another level of attention to details. If he starts reviewing even luxury brands at that intricate level, he will come up with such issues, but then those won't get highlighted.
    Not a Tata fan boy, neither own one, but the kind of shamming going on by auto journos for home grown brand over international brands for similar offense is also not warranted.

    If you have checked the launch of the Vehicle, TATA already informed that these are pre-production media drive vehicles and final production vehicles will cover all the negatives as recommended by experts. So please post correct information, I am an Altroz user since last 3 years and drove 84K KMS and never faced service issue or vehicle issue what so ever. Hope this will help the viewer to make wise decision and rather they won't go by such negative reviews.

    Tata has done Fantastic job and improvement which is a proud considering Indian Company but If Tata improves Engine,Fit and Finish and After sales service etc then it will be a one of the best brand in India
    Be Ready for Desh ka Loha Toxic Fanbois because they can't hear anything bad about Tata Cars😂😂

      Other brands definitely have better engines,Fit and Finish and After sales service than tata
      Tata Nexon now has edge in Safety,Value for money proportion, Features,Diesel engine is good and suspension is very good but they definitely need to improve petrol engines in terms of Refinement, Smoothness,Reliability and power delivery because Diesel engines are in the last stage of discontinuation..

    I have been using the 1.2 Turbo Petrol for a year now. Never felt loss of power or torque. Climb on hills is also accurate, never felt the lag in city mode.

      @@bluesky-ds9uu i also own tata nexon (1.5 yrs) dark edition turbo petrol. In city bumper to bumper i get 11 kmpl but max mileage i got 23 kmpl( from delhi to shimla) in delhi i usually get 13kmpl with moderate traffic. Cabin noise is minute never had problem. Only problems i faced is technical issue, my sunroof doesn't close time to time i had it fixed in service station but since last week its started to happen again. Other problem i faced that could be firm ware problem , when i put the car in reverse the back camera gets stuck on screen(fixed now)

      After bs6 2 the engine refinement was upgraded and more powerful and also upgraded the milage so take chill😎

      Same experience.
      I have 2022 model nexon pterol,
      I always drive in city mode, clocked 17k in one year. No issue so far. 170nm torque clearly justified. 3rd and 4th gear me gadi bahut accha pickup deti hai.
